My addiction to Mountain Mike's is real! I always get the mini size which is perfect for one big meal, or I sometimes split it up into one meal and then a snack the next day!
Perfect amount of cheese, love the pepperoni cups, and the crust is the best texture (I dislike pizza spots who have soggy or soft crusts).

My husband and I ordered a pizza by calling in to the number for this location, waited the 25 minutes we were told and when my husband went to pick up the pizza he was told there was no pizza for him. Wtf? We are from Out of town, this is totally unacceptable.

Usually order from here but maybe because it's closing soon, their quality changes... got the chicken club and was so disappointed... hardly any sauce or cheese, the chicken seems like it was just placed on top after it baked, it was pale and looked so unappetizing... we got the small and we only had one slice each and couldn't even finish it...

Pizza is pizza. Burnt pizza? Burnt knots? I ordered a mini pepperoni--burnt didn't really care because I wanted the garlic knots. They were burnt too! They replaced them with a raw dough version. WTF HAD TO TRASH THEM they were closed by the time I wanted to bring them back for a 3rd time. Find another location.

The pizza was quite delicious. I would normally have given this place five stars. I ordered using DoorDash in the restaurant packaged my salad with no fork and I'm staying at a hotel, so I'm unable to eat the salad. They also didn't give me the dressing I asked for it makes no sense to sell salad for eight bucks and then not throw a fork in someone's gotta eat the freaking thing with their hands.

Poor costumer service. I ordered a pizza over the phone and they did not start making the pizza until I showed up and paid for for my order. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes.

They changed the price on us when we walked in for the lunch special. It said one thing and then they covered it with tape.
Disappointed in the food and service.

Y'all... sorry for the novel. I'm pissed.
My boyfriend and I order Mountain Mikes from this location like once a week, at least. We have always had great experiences and quick delivery until today. If I am rating today's experience- it's a 1/5, but I have to give another few stars because they've been great in the past.
I will say that I ordered this pizza to help me get through a 6-page essay I have to write for my English Lit class, so it was intended as a treat and a pick-me-up. It became a nightmare and I am beyond angry.
I ordered a sausage and pineapple pizza (don't judge, it's great) online. Though the money was taken from my bank account, including a 25% tip, I didn't recieve my usual confirmation email. After my estimated delivery time came and went, I called the store and spoke to a woman who very clearly did not understand english enough to hold a conversation over the telephone. She was no help and when I asked to speak to someone else, she said there was only one other person there and she wouldn't be any more helpful to me. She then said the manager was out and would be back in 15-20 minutes.
Twenty minutes passed and, still without my pizza, I called back to speak to the manager. The same woman told me the manager was out and would be back in 15-20 minutes.... again.
Finally, pulled out of the bed of a pick-up truck and thirty minutes late, my pizza arrived. I opened the box to find a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Fuck. Mountain Mikes pepperoni cups are like little bowls of grease, and even if I did like them (which I don't), it wasn't what I ordered.
So I called the restaurant a third time. The same woman answered and I let her know the error. She said she could have my pizza remade and redelivered but it would take a while. I asked if I could feed the pepperoni pizza to my boyfriend and she said no, they need it back. I asked if I would be getting some sort of coupon for having to go through all this trouble and she said I could either have my pizza redelivered OR get a coupon. I let her know that after waiting two hours to recieve my original order, I believed that I should get what I ordered as well as a coupon. This is when SHE LAUGHED AT ME. Asking for the manager again, she told me the manager would be back in (YOU GUESSED IT) 15-20 minutes. I let her know I would be expecting him to call me in half an hour, but she let me know that he's super busy with manager stuff and he will get to me when he gets to me.
Relatively soon after, I recieve a call. The manager? NOPE! The same woman. She let me know she had spoken to the manager and was going to tell me what he said, but like... no. Why? At this point I'm done so I told her "No, I don't want to be speaking to you anymore, he can tell me himself" and she transferred me to him. He apologized for not taking my call as he is both the delivery driver and the manager... seems legit. Anyway, he said he would bring me a new pizza. I'm waiting for it now.
My original order was supposed to be delivered an hour ago. So maybe I'm hangry, but maybe this was a shitty experience. Either way, I'm scared my pizza's gonna have boogers on it now.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Amazing pizza But the person who answers the phone has no idea what she is doing. Make sure to confirm your address. She make up addresses even if you are in there system. It took 2 hours to even deliver my pizza. The delivery drive is also super nice and very sorry on what happened
