Montana's

I've been to Montana's multiple times! I was never disappointed! Each time I try different things and each time everything is super yum!
I've tried their Canadian Burger which is sooooo good! I LOVE their beef ribs, it melts in the mouth! Their chicken wings in my opinion is one of the best in Ottawa
Their prices are so reasonable too.

2 stars for the mediocre steaks. Basically, it's a Sizzler style with little seasoning. The sides (beans and coleslaw) were served in paper cups and were bland and ordinary. Salads were OK but dismally small and served with steak.

The beverages were good, and the service was excellent, raising the score to a 3. For a truly great steak, visit Oklahoma City's Cattlemans Steakhouse or Winxhesters in Ventura, CA.

I took my son and father out for dinner on July 20'th and cannot say enough good things about this Montana's location. The waiting staff were very polite and prompt to take our drink order as well as dinner order after arrivng back with the drinks.

It appeared that the house manager was helping to deliver the food and checked up on us along with the waitress a couple times during our meal. We ordered a Smokehouse Wrap with fries, a Firecracker Chipotle burger with fries as well as Chicken tenders with fries. All meals were served hot and the quality and flavour was amazing.

This is the 4 or 5th time I have been at this location and I have always been impressed with the service and food quality.

The wings were so good. My gf had the 7oz sirloin which she found a bit too chewy and hard. The waitress came to change it and it was still a bit hard but overhaul tasted ok. The manager ended up taking the steak off the bill which was nice . I liked the baked potato and the environment is pleasurable for a family outing. Great and friendly place for a low key date night with your spouse. Affordable and fun enjoy we did.

Stopped by for their wing night, second time and just as enjoyable as the first. I do wish they listed the wing flavours on the menu though. I'm impressed the staff can rattle off the flavours in quick order, there are a lot of options and I'd like to explore without having them repeat over and over again.

New restaurant. Just opened in neighbourhood. Great to have a new place to eat near home.
Food:
Ribs were fantastic! Very tender and lots of flavour.
Kapow shrimp were not great. Probably because they were cold but they were also mushy.
Steak was not great. Order ribs instead of steak.
Tacos were good.
Coleslaw was quite good.
Fries are not the best in my opinion. Get a salad or baked potato instead.
Chicken bites were ok.
Service was good.

Finally open in Barrhaven! It was nice to be able to order online and have a decent pick up time.

The location is smaller than the other Ottawa locations and the entrance feels a little cramped however the staff was really nice and were able to help right away.

Our online order was able to be picked up at the bar, which happens to be at the back of the restaurant. It remains to be seen if that will be the permanent location for pick up orders as they have an insulated bag and pick up order sign to the left of the front entrance.

The food was still very hot when we arrived home 15 minutes later and still tasted great as if we ordered and ate in house. We ordered 3 orders of crispy bacon potato skins, three orders of house-seasoned Montana's Chippers (the dip is AMAZING) and two orders of BBQ Chicken lettuce wraps.

We will definitely return.
