We came here for my two year old's second haircut and we will definitely be going back. The staff were incredibly kind and he didn't cry at all, because they were so gentle and knew how to treat him. The total for a boy's haircut came to $19.50. They have cars for the kids to sit in and a lovely waiting area full of toys. They also have a fish tank and TVs at each station to keep the kids preoccupied. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend it for anyone.

This place is great. We have two active boys, and so we weren't sure what to expect when we dropped by without an appointment on a fairly busy Sunday morning. They greeted us and were able to schedule us right away.

My three-year-old son got seated in a chair shaped like a sports car outfitted with a steering wheel. Between that, the colourful cape they draped around him, and the cartoons playing on the TV, he managed to sit pretty still amidst the spritzing, clipping, and spraying. The stylist did a fantastic job and she was very thorough, all while reassuring my son and giving him advance notice of what she was doing.

My younger son also had a good experience. He sat in a smaller car meant for younger children/babies and the stylist was really gentle with him. Both of the stylists were pretty speedy -- we were probably in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Although the prices aren't "cheap" (just over $40 for 2 kids, not including tip), they were really efficient and they did a great job. The environment was fun and the distractions (good play area for kids including a slide and aquarium) were definitely worth the hassle of trying to cut our boys' hair ourselves.

We will definitely be back.

Would avoid this place at all costs.

Hair dresser literally runs the shaver like she's holding a paintbrush, swinging wildly without any ability to shave a straight line!

My wife and I were shocked! Our poor son ended up having random edges and bald spots all over.

His head also began to rash up as soon as their shaver touched his head, which tells us they do not sanitize or clean their equipment on a regular basis.

Thought we would get something better, extremely disappointed. Would have been better if we cut his hair ourselves in our own home!

They are NOT hair dressers at all, they just created a kid friendly looking place but the people just run a razor wildly without any idea how they are cutting.

Parents: stay away!!!!

We bring our son here for his haircuts. Have always had a good experience with the staff here. It is a little pricey but they do a good job. We always call ahead and book an appointment.

Nice little play area for the kids to be distracted in. The parents can also get a quick trim while they wait.

Overall, solid place for your kids haircuts. Good parking lot, and there is a Chapters next door!
