Minar Fine Indian Cuisine

With recent lockdown I have been ordering food from different places on Uber. I have ordered from this place twice. They have good delicious Indian food. When you order from Uber, it gives you option to select rice or naan with mains and grilled items. So it is advertised that these items come with naan or rice. So we ordered saag paneer and tandoori chicken. So it was supposed to come with 2 naans and we ordered an extra roti. However when food got delivered it was missing 1 naan. It happens, we enjoyed the food.

Yesterday we decided to order same food again. This time I picked it up. This time again it was missing 1 naan. So this time I called restaurant to report and check. The lady on phone said that tandoori chicken does not come with naan, there is a mistake online. I told her, but how are we supposed to know. I created my order based on that, else I would have ordered an extra naan, not a big deal. But you are advertising something and not providing that and if you know there is a mistake on your online Uber account, then why don't you fix that. She simply said sorry and no action was taken to rectify the mistake.
The food is fresh and flavourful but they need better customer service. Tandoori chicken was seasoned well and juicy. Naan and roti were fresh, soft and perfectly made. Saag had really good aroma and delicious.

I would have given 4 stars, but just giving 2 stars because of bad customer service and false advertising. I might not order from here again.

I was introduced to this restaurant by one of my old co-workers. She told me to try their Aloo Tikki with chana and since that moment (this was over 6 years ago) I always crave this dish! All the spices, toppings and tamarind chutney work well with each other.
I also introduced this to my other co-worker and she enjoyed it. We find it to be spicy but bearable!

I've also tried their butter chicken and they give a lot of chicken!

The butter Chicken from this restaurant is too die for. Absolutely in love with their sweets, my go to would be the chaat papdi or the samosa chaat. Naan is soft and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Excellent food, I love the Chana Masala. Reasonable prices, fast service, and fresh food.
