Blake repaired so many items around my home that I didn't have to hire separate contractors, Microworks did it all ! His quotes were reasonable, very friendly and great communication. I find Blake to be very meticulous which is who you want, someone like him that pays attention to the details. You can see the quality of his work in the details. I contacted him because mice were getting into my home. He came up with a genius idea and the work he did was so professional looking that I gave him a list of other repairs . We had a significant portion of our property fence replaced by MicroWORKS. They were very professional and did a beautiful job on the fence. Their attention to detail and quality construction was much appreciated. They were very careful to plan the construction in such a way that our lives were minimally disrupted including ensuring that our two dogs were contained the entire time. Our neighbours have all commented on the quality of work and I believe, have requested business cards for their own projects.

Having known of Blake's work in the past on some of West Vancouvers most exclusive homes I was so thrilled to hear of his new project that I now refer all my clientele to him for any construction needs! You know when you buy clothing that doesn't quite fit, thinking you'll alter it at some point, and then you never get around to it? I very nearly did that with furniture--a beautiful (but broken) mid-century modern teak sofa I bought off Craigslist. For months, its role in my living room was purely decorative. A couple friends and relatives made vague suggestions about possible ways to repair it, but nothing panned out.

Enter: Blake at microWORKS Construction. He did an absolutely spectacular job fixing up my sofa, with a quick turnaround time, and for a reasonable price. From quote to delivery, I was super impressed with his clear communication and high quality of work. My dad brought it back to my apartment for me, and couldn't stop talking about what beautiful restoration work Blake had done. And now I have a functional piece of furniture!
