McDonald's

So every Monday morning this is a crap-shoot whether I'm gonna get good McDonald's with fast service or okay McDonald's with not so good service.

Essentially I visit this chain store more often than not at 4AM on my way to work. Pick up a quick coffee (loving their updated coffee menu) and something to eat occasionally.

There have been points where their hash browns come out scorching and their coffee letting the water settle to the top and syrup to the bottom. Including one mocha iced coffee being spicy once... not entirely sure if my tastebuds were awake or something was wrong with the mix.

Either or the service has been friendly, hosting a longer wait for a fast food drive through and I have seen the drive through and inside closed a few times for renovations.

This McDonald's is in a decent area off Katella which is very well lit and obvious they are there. Stop in for a quick caffeine fix!

Their service is so terrible.I paid full of coffee,hotcake and hashbrown in the morning thru drive line.staff was so lazy to give me food and she didn't mention mine was provided all.so I left and I left.I didn't get my hash.

When I ordered,staff asked me anything I need.I told her "suger".though they didn't give me,why they asked me.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER. I blame myself for going today after so long but its still the same horrible one. Employees are very very incompetent. Save your money and time and drive to the one down the street from this one. Trust ALL the negative comments about this place.

Just got some breakfast delux and mcgriddles. I asked for more jam and got them but they had nasty stuff on it

I love there food and they are always very nice to me. The breakfast option are very good.

Beware of this store! They're selling expired milk in their "Happy Meals" package! Never think of this! Call the store tonight then the girl offered me free milk when I came back!!! Lol! Bad experience ever!!!! Who'll need free milk????

Spend this morning eating a Breakfast Deluxe with my gf. Used the inside self serve kiosk which was helpful to skip the long line. Went to pickup my order and waited to let the cashier know i still needed the drinks but he seemed busy so i took the food to the table and came back in a few minutes. He was still busy preparing someone's coffee so i waited patiently. I received the drinks and went to get ketchup but it was out and the beverage bar was a mess. I understand since they looked like they were low on staff. The food was great looked fresh i just wish they had more staff. I was very worried when i glanced at the cashier and noticed him scratch his head and his back. He did not go to wash his hands at all. I would be really worried knowing he prepares the trays to guests that are dining inside that is why i placed a 2 star rating.

Hi McDonald's on Beach and Katella... Please get your shit together. I ordered a filet o fish meal with 10 pc chicken nuggets in the side. I didn't get my chicken nuggets. I normally wouldn't care but this is the SECOND TIME in the past month that this has happened to me. I hate you. And please tell the people asking me for money to buy their mcGriddle to go elsewhere. Did you give them my chicken nuggets?

With the encouragement from Veronica J. Also made a complaint to corporate via email! They apologized and stated although they encourage all McDonald's to participate it's per their discretion, since each one is independently owned. However, to make up for my poor experience, they will be sending me a gift card! Cheers to corporate McDonald's for great customer appreciation and service!

I have to admit being a patron of this location for 12 years and my only complaint since was some of the unruly patrons that go there, until now my last & final visit.

After a frustrating day at work, 1 1/2 hr commute home traveling only 15 miles and knowing that I wasn't up to cooking dinner for my kids and I. I decided to unknowingly make my night worse by visiting this location. Going through the drive through 9/3 @ 6:24pm and placing my normal order of a double quarter pounder with cheese and NO pickles along with my kids orders. Then seeing it confirmed on the screen and then picking it up at the window checking to make sure it's all there. So I drive on home to feed myself and my kids only to learn they Messed Up my sandwich in one of my most frustrating evenings where I was hoping to get to relax.

Ordered: Double Qtr Pounder with Cheese no pickles (due to allergies)

Received: Single Qtr Pounder with pickles

Normally I would go back, but I would only be wasting more gas and time.

FYI, there is another McDonald's on Valley View or another one further down Beach.
