      Came here for breakfast while I stopped at the Tesla Supercharger across the street. It's just your typical McDonalds. Nothing special. This location was pretty clean and I appreciate seeing that. I will note that I ordered a Frappe, but when receiving my order they told me they didn't have any at that moment. I was provided with a cup for a soft drink instead without any refund being offered.

      Big Mac was missing part of it bun, they game me a McDouble instead of mcchicken and the French fries were cold. It wasn't even busy but still had to pull up to the waiting parking spot. Please do better.

      The food at this McDonald's is very hit or miss even for fast food. The service is poor at its very best. They are not friendly. They act like they are doing you a favor. The place was very dirty. There was a booth pulled out and just sitting in the middle of the dining room. If I hadn't said it before, I was the only one in the dining room. So it wasn't busy. There could have been someone sweeping and mopping and even cleaning tables.

      Hey! How can anyone go wrong by purchasing an ($18.00) BIG MAC WITH EXTRA SAUCE @ an EXTRA PRICE? I have never, ever eaten a BIG MAC, I like the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS WHICH ARE PROBABLY @ $22.00 BY NOW?
      @ LEAST THE COCA COLA DRINKS ARE STILL @ $1.00 FOR ALL SIZES OR ARE THEY? And, then there is the LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG DRIVE THRU WAIT TIME, LACK OF EMPLOYEES. NO CASHIERS, etc. in the DRIVE THRU. And the stupid questions, how are you going to pay? What debit card will you be using? What type of cash will you be using? Dracmas? Francs? Euros? OR? is YOUR Form of currency to pay here Chickens? Goats?
      Are you using some weird & obscure crypto currency that no one has ever heard of or recognizes? Well then, dear Customers you just going to have to drive around the store two to three times in order to pay anyone at all? Because we have extremely limited staff until the ROBOTS get here!

      Perhaps, I am 100 % DONE WITH MCDONALD'S?

      If there was an option for zero stars, I would select that. This McDonald's is utterly abominable, not to mention fraudulent. I ordered 136 salt packets and 43 mild picantes, and I received an atrocious 2 salt packets and 3 mild picantes! The middle aged lady who delivered our food dropped our tray of food on the table harshly and walked away angrily before we could even say thank you. Upon finishing our meal, my friend and I (who was also equally dissatisfied) walked up to the counter to inquire, regarding the incomplete order. We stood right behind the counter for a solid 20 minutes and not one employee paid us any attention, until a very kind young lady noticed us and brought our complaint to the other workers. The middle aged woman sharply said, "We can't do that!" with a sour look on her face. Now, I can understand if they are unable to provide us with a rather large order, but they directly lied to us when writing the table receipt (which is to detail everything the customer receives with the order), and affirmed that they did in fact give us 136 salt packets and 43 mild picantes. I've attached PROOF that we were mislead, disserviced, and manipulated. My friend and I are DISGUSTED to say the least.

      Everytime I order through DoorDash or in person something is always wrong! they forgot the straws, sauces, drinks, or give me the incorrect item. it's like they just don't care. the delivery driver can't even check if the right items are there because the bag is sealed. when I called about the DoorDash order I received with an incorrect item, they lied and told me they haven't gotten a DoorDash in forever. its not right, when I asked to speak to a manager they said there wasn't a manager there, which everyone I went in person there was always a manager, just didn't want to deal with an upset customer. don't go to this McDonald's or get food delivered from them. you'll be disappointed every time and something will always be missing or incorrect.

      On Saturday February 18 I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. thru the drive thru window around 6:30am . Later on at work I got severe food poisoning from this sandwich ( it was all I ate ) !!! Please make sure all employees wash their hands and follow all safety food procedures . This food was either spoiled or not cooked properly etc . Getting food poison is a very serious matter !!!

      It's one thing to have slow service during a rush, I get it things happen, but to skimp out on properly making the burgers and not doing things because they take extra time to increase your production is another.

      My burgers did not taste the same- they had no salt and pepper added on them.

      The individual taking the order said they couldn't do half of one drink and half another when asked, but we have done this in the past.

      Loading up a sandwich with extra ketchup thinking they won't taste the difference is also a really stupid idea.

      This place is worried more about production times and not customer service.
