At the dentist waiting for my daughter - popped in to see what pre rolls my husbands been getting so I can pick some up for us. Young awkward girl proceeds to tell me in so many words that if I text my husband it looks like I'm buying for someone else. Very rude, unfriendly, doesn't smile. I'm a 46 year old Mom who looks nothing like a drug dealer. I just left, not gonna let some dumb kid tell me how to adult. Staff that I spoke to shouldn't be in any type of customer service position. I was smoking before this chick was born
Urban Earth Med is professional, helpful and friendly - go there instead. And WAY cleaner inside - no arrow tape lines on the floor ‍ terrible HAHAH just sad - display case was a mess too. Gross

Great place to get weed in a hurry , the BEST selection of infused pre rolls ANYWHERE I've been locally. The line up (when there is one) usually moves pretty quick . Now here comes the rant .... The Staff is straight out of a Hollywood horror movie . I mean they're mostly great and helpful , but some of them have been straight up nasty at times . I'm sure that will fix itself over time.

The on duty manager is stupid by all means , acts like a robot , and just repeats the same shit over and over. I've been coming here daily for over a year now , few days ago , I had an issue with a general admission cartridge, I buy about 5 a week , they didn't have the one I wanted , so I got a different one. It turned out to be faulty, and they exchanged it no prob. but the second one was bad too, when I came in to exchange it, they had to call the manager , she was very unpleasant right off the bat. She told me that my receipt was no good , even tho it was a receipt that they gave me. she went on for 5 min saying anything and everything, just to make sure that I understand that they won't accept it. just plain stupid. it's a $40 cart. I spend at least $500 a week at this dispo alone. I'll keep giving them a try in the future, but definitely beware. if they're willing to sell their word for the sake of $40 , that really shows their integrity is non existent.

Well, I had some good experiences here at first. With a select number of very friendly, positive clerks at the counter. Or so I thought. No complaints with the product or merchandise, I bought what I came for the first and second time around. On my third trip, I simply wished to seek if they sold edibles. Then I was informed I was "NO LONGER WELCOME HERE" for no good bloody reason! They didn't tell me why. Nobody told me WHAT I did WRONG?! I'm not some junkie, not a pimp. Not a troublemaker... No sir. No madame. They just told me to leave, and so I listened to them... So I'm not going back ever again. As far as I'm concerned, they don't exist to me anymore. And I don't exist to them. We have disappeared ourselves.

I used to come by regularly when they first opened up, the staff were always so welcoming and friendly. They knew me by name and knew exactly what I wanted to order, everything I could ask for in a local dispensary. Since changing staff as of recent, I can definitely say I won't be back. They're rude, super unwelcoming.. as if it's an inconvenience to have you there, and the security guard at the front is so off putting. I hardly walked through the front door to enter the store and he's already yelling at me for ID and giving me attitude. No thanks.

I visited for the first time, 3 weeks after they opened up the new west location and I absolutely love it. Good selection, friendly/ knowledgeable staff, been coming back ever since. Highly recommend!!

Good selection. Knowledgeable staff. Competitively priced. They don't have edibles yet due to legislation from the City of New West. Hopefully that should be changing soon. Looking forward to shopping there again!
