They rotate local art displayed on their walls, which rocks. Coffee, paninis, old-fashioned donuts if you get there early enough in the morning. Cherry blossoms outside in the spring, red foliage in the fall, in a unique little neighbourhood. You know this building used to be a laundromat back in the day? Love it.

They should advise customers that at lunch, they only serve a buffet. I selected the place because I had a friend who was a vegetarian and well buffet, had a few vegetarian selections. It was not a terribly good meal.

Went here end of September. I walked in the wrong door, apparently. Some high on her own fumes barista said to me, in the nastiest tone she could muster, that I had to use the other door. By this time, some guy appeared in the other door. I told her that I'd be happy to go in the other door, but I was ahead of that guy. She replied, in the snatchiest tone, that I would have to go out and wait behind him. Always funny when someone, who has absolutely no authority or importance, tries to act like queen of the cafe and expert their "authority". So I said C U Next Time, and left. What a loser!

Koffi has been my first experience with Victoria coffeeshops, and I'm already a huge fan--it will probably be my de facto "coffee and work" spot for awhile, given its quality and convenient location for me.

Beyond location though, the drinks are good and reasonably priced (IMO). Most importantly to me, the vibe of the shop is very relaxed, with chill music on and doors open to let in a bit of a breeze. And so far, my interactions with the staff have been nothing but positive; they aren't super chatty (at least not yet--I am a relatively new customer, after all), but they don't seem cold or pretentious either. Lastly, there's usually ample seating between the inside and outside, though power outlet availability is limited (though not unbearably so).

All in all, Koffi seems like a great place to come to get a little bit of work done, meet a friend or date, or just hang by yourself and enjoy a moment of caffeinated tranquility.

Favourite coffee place in Victoria! Really cool vibe, lots of space to sit indoor or out. The staff is always really friendly and it seems like the owner is very involved in the business. Drinks are delicious (chai tea latte is my favourite) and reasonably priced. They also have a variety of great snacks along with some gluten free ones from origin bakery. I will keep coming back:)

I come come here once in a while and I alway enjoy the cozy quiet atmosphere. I'm also an artist myself so I also enjoy looking at the artworks on the wall by the talented local artists! A pair of coffee and donut with $5 is my usual :)

Just paid my first visit to Koffi, I found it to be a great place to sit and catch up with a friend. It wasn't very busy which was great for chatting. There was a pretty regular flow of people coming in and taking their coffees to go.
They have a good selection of seating from couches, to stools, to tables. Seemed like a nice vibe although I don't personally enjoy the colour scheme.
Ordered an iced mocha, it was pretty standard. Nice tall glass, maybe too much ice but good coffee!

Cool location. Loads of potential, but somehow lacking. The coffee is good, but the space isn't very...welcoming. The food behind the glass could be displayed in a more appealing manner. I ordered a croissant sandwich for my daughter - a very spicy, kind of expensive sandwich. It was obvious I was ordering the sandwich for a kid and I would have appreciated a heads-up re the hot, hot, heat. I like spicy food and even I was experiencing a bit of a mouth burn. I scraped most of the spicy sauce off but I still had to listen to her whine for the remainder of our visit.

We also had our 14-month old with us and we were pleased that they had a highchair. They have a chalkboard and a couple of small chairs in the corner for kids, but there's no toys - so not so great for really little kids. Toddlers and up might enjoy a good scribble though.

Our iced coffee was really good. So, I dunno. Maybe just not a great place to go with kids...or maybe it's a 'vibe' thing or maybe the mood we were in. There were only 2 other people in the place (It was a Friday afternoon) and they seemed to be enjoying themselves well enough. My husband has been a few times and he says he's never felt inclined to stay - he orders his coffee to go. And so it goes. I'll probably return to Koffi, but I'll likely enjoy my cuppa out of a paper cup in the chaos of my own home.

It's my favorite local coffee shop and it's a great place to just get some work done or enjoy local food with friends.

Love their espresso but sometimes the drip coffee is meh.
