they shampooed the interior of my car very well. but they have NO way of drying the interior of the car without using your car heater and your gas. 4 days later my interior is still wet

If I could give a 0 star I would .. yes they do a good job but I have never in my entire life dealt with such rude management . They pick and choose prices . I would never give them my money just because or the disrespect I felt while dealing with them .

The worse service I have ever had!!! They Shampooed my carpet and broke all the tabs off of my trim panels. When I approached the manager about it, He said "I personally watched them clean your car and they didn't break anything" and refused to talk to any employee's about what happened. They also ran my vehicle, who knows how long, with the heat on full to dry out the floors. I just happened to show up early to notice.

I don't mean the little replaceable tabs..I mean the guiding tabs that hold them tight and flush together, those are the ones they broke. Now what am I left to do??? Buy all new panels? Put screws in them??? WTF Klassic?

This place will never receive my business again. They broke a very sentimental ornament off my dash board and vacuumed it up. I notified them immediately and they said they would check the vacuums at the end of the day. They didn't. When I talked to the manager, he assured me he would check the vacuums the next day (they didn't check them the day they did the job - aka lied to my face). Manager never responded to me after that.
This place is very dishonest and just wants to get you out as fast as possible to get in to the next client.

Absolutely worst auto detailing I have ever had. I had to clean my entire car again when I got home. I called Klassic and the manager never called me back even though I was promised a call back. Don't waste $40 for such an unprofessional service!

Stay away from this clip joint. Last 3 times in I came away with no wash, for one reason or another, after paying $15 each with no refunds,

During a wash, while my vehicle was covered In soap, I heard a bang, felt a shudder and the machine turned off.
My vehicle was immediately surrounded by employees of the car wash... Shortly thereafter it was restarted. They opened the bay door and the vehicle in front of mine departed. The staff told me that my vehicle hadn't been cleaned, and that I had to go through again. Upon going through again, I was met by the manager who advised me that my vehicle had been involved in "an accident" with the one in front. (The one that they had allowed to leave). Did I mention I had an infant in the car? Yep.
I asked exactly what had happened, he indicated that the car in front I jumped the track, that their machine does this occasionally, and that he would contact "his shop" to have it fixed. I asked for specific details and he escalated, refused to provide me any additional information, and when I asked for his insurance information, he said he did not have insurance at all.
They refused to provide statements from their employees/witnesses, their insurance information or any further details. I reported at the police reporting center, and called my insurance... To the best of my knowledge, the other driver was not even made aware that his vehicle was involved in an accident, they just sent him happily along on his way.
In the end, the claim did go through insurance, the other driver was contacted, the wash was deemed to be 100% at fault, and my vehicle is being fixed but I would never return.

It would be a -10 if I could rate it in the negatives... second bad experience with them now. First time told them I was on my way in to get my car ( I live 40mins away). I had my husbands grandmother drive me in... they closed early as something in the shop broke and they couldn't work. Never called to tell me. We arrived to locked doors had turn around and go back home.
2nd experience (not sure why I gave them another opportunity)
I had a beautiful baby boy... but on the way to the hospital had an accident in the car... I called to get a quote they told me they had to see the car. All they said was that it was $49 for a shampoo nothing else brought up. Even though I fully explained what was on the seat. Just a little urine... I was transferred to speak to someone I'm assuming a manager who told me all this. I had my father this time drive in to drop the car off as I'm at home with a newborn. And the quote is $149.00!!!! The $49 +$80 and tax. When I spoke to the gentlemen all of a sudden this is a standard cost when there is anything such as urine on the seat! If it was standard I should have been informed of this before I brought my car in! So my dad turne around and drove back home. The fact that they couldn't tell me this over the phone is a bad business in my opinion just a way to get my into their shop. Not happy at all. The worst car wash and service I have ever had. My car was still so dirty after being cleaned, hardly vacuumed it or wiped down both inside and out. After inspecting it I asked them to clean the dirty areas I pointed out. I inspected a second time and it was still dirty. I wasn't even being fussy, I'm talking basic things like not being vacuumed or wiped. Spoke to the manager who was very rude and abrupt. Absolutely shocking service. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business!

Not impressed. If you spend nearly $200 dollars your car should be clean. Your mats should not be stuffed in your truck still soaking wet and sandy, your interior should be spotless and your exterior should be the same. Unfortunately this is not what I experienced, when I went to pick up my car it was still filthy on the outside, bird poop and all. They said they would "clean it quickly again" because I was right it shouldn't look like that" the second time around it looked basically the same, and then when I hop inside I find the inside just as much of a disappointment. Will never spend a penny at our car wash again
