      Zero stars. Drove by at 5pm today and found no one there. Ridiculous. Just close this location if no one is going to be working there. Make room for a sandwich shop that actually wants business.

      There's a reason why this location has a low score. Ordered over an hour before the store closed via the app. Arrived 45 minutes before the store closed, waited in the drive thru for about 7 minutes and no one answered. Pulled up, and honked the horn twice, waited almost 10 minutes before I had to knock on the window and someone came by. Told me because they only had two people working they closed early and couldn't make my order. So they voided the transaction. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different location. Ellisville and Town and Country have way better service. It's always something with this location. It needs to just close down and do everyone a favor.

      I would have given this 0 stars if I could. The "manager" working the window was so incredibly rude and was talking about me to the other worker. I had simply said she missed a sandwich and she went to argue with me about it and I said it's fine I will pay for the other sandwich I just ordered 3 and only had 2. She said to the other worker I was giving her attitude which was false. She was the one with attitude. Also forgot to give me my receipt when I went back in to get my receipt she was rolling her eyes and being incredibly rude like I was bothering her to get my receipt. She obviously doesn't need to be a manager. I'll be calling up and reporting the store to corporate!

      Came here and only the drive through was open, could barley hear/understand the guy bc he was mumbling, and they were out of bread. The guy did not confirm our order this completely missed one of our sandwiches and we had to go back through the drive through. The guy at the window had a very dirty sweatshirt on, changed his gloves then proceeded to pull up his pants and wipe his nose on his gloves! Later he took his gloves off and then put his hands in his pockets before touching food. And my order was missing the bacon they charged me for.

      Sandwich came 45 minutes past my scheduled time. When it was delivered I had no idea because no one knocked on the door. Just happened to open the door to check if the driver was close and saw the sandwich sitting in the ground. Go to any other location or better yet the Mexican restaurant around the corner

      I continue to visit this location bc it is close to my office. Due to no indoor dining the drive thru was 10 cars deep. I waited about 25 minutes to order. I ordered the club lulu which is turkey, bacon, lettuce and Mayo. I added cheese. I could be missing an ingredient. When I got to the window it was clear that the 2 employees were in over their heads. To make up
      For the wait they decided to throw in a cookie. Super nice and appreciated. I get back to my office. I always ask for my sandwich sliced in half. Wasn't done. Did I say I ordered the the club lulu??? Yup. So for the 2nd time (please check previous review) I get to my office and I had a sandwich that was bacon, lettuce, tomato, and 2slices of cheese. NO TURKEY! I was so hungry I ate it. I almost updated my review to match my 2 star review, bc of a free cookie, but free stuff doesn't make up for the continue issues I have had at this location.

      No turkey once again
      A Lulu sandwich- turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and Mayo. I added cheese. For the second time... no turkey.

      Needed a Lenten lunch in a hurry so off to Jimmy John's I've not been to this location before. I parked and went to the entrance to discovered the lobby was closed. I was a bit surprised as the other location I recently visited allowed inside ordering and pick up. Oh well, back to the car and in line for the drive through. As expected the ordering process was fast and the food was ready quickly. Ordered a Tuna Club and 2 bags of chips to split with my wife. Well made sandwich that did not disappoint.

      I would add zero stars if I could. If this store can't make the orders for customers you need to shut down!!! This is ridiculous. Second time my food has taken almost two hours. But this time I ordered at 630pm waited until 830 called the store, no answer. Never received my order and lost 17$. We get that your short staffed but if customers are losing money and never receiving the order with ZERO communication something is seriously wrong.

      Last and final review: the driver knocks on my door and tells me that my tip didn't come through and tells me to give him one. I almost called the store manager to discuss this matter, but decided not to because I plan to take my business elsewhere.

      New review after my previous reviews below: 2 stars. forgot chips again. Not looking good. No more tips until they remedy this issue.

      New review after original: 3 stars. forgot my chips again. I'm getting tired of waiting for the rest of my food to get here. They need some QC.

      Original review: 4 stars. Fast. Convenient. Easy to order at last minute's notice. But, many times they would forget my chips, cookies, drinks, or wrong cookie, etc. They got 4 stars from me because they try to remedy it and because they are still the fastest source of food. You would think though that they will throw in something extra for my hassle - I like my chips and soda with my sandwich...

      Also, it would be great if I can save my order so I can reorder more easily every time.
