About the Business
Jimmy John's spend 6 hours prepping every day. We bake our bread in-house and slice our meats, cheese and fresh veggies by hand so that we can make you the perfect Freaky Fresh¨ sandwich. We deliver within 5 minutes of our stores and not farther to maximize freshness. That means if you're in the zone or in-store, you can always count on a Freaky Fresh¨ sandwich made Freaky Fast¨.

Jimmy John's as a company has definitely stepped up their game lately. They have a revamped website, new products, and you can now also get any sandwich as a wrap. I have been wishing for that option for years!
My biggest "complaint" with Jimmy John's has always been that I just get tired of eating the same thing. And they are really the best delivery game in town so I've eaten a lot of Jimmy John's over the ten years I have worked in this neighborhood. But now they have more options to choose from and more options for customization.
I love the new potato salad option. I usually get a pickle for a nice low carb side, but the potato salad is pretty tempting.
I consistently receive my order on time or early and it's correct. That's not the experience I have with other delivery services or restaurants so it's refreshing.
From what I've heard, the delivery drivers are also friendly with our front desk staff when dropping off orders too.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Tony M.Lexington, United States11527Feb 4, 2024
I stopped in for a sandwich, not that friendly and believe it or not the sandwich was so so, definitely not like other Jimmy John's, I was here on a volleyball trip, I read the reviews and took a gamble. Little to say I lost my winnings. Based on the freaking horrible reviews and not even a response from the owner or anything, trust me , eat at Waffle House

One of the worst Jimmy John's I have ever visited. I suppose they can't help the inconvenient location but they could do something about improving the surly, slow service. In addition, after taking their time with the order, they still got it wrong and couldn't be bothered to put my sandwich in a bag. They just plopped it on the counter and said "here!" Most Jimmy John's I've ever frequented are well kept with friendly and attentive counter staff. These people looked like they were swept in off the street. AVOID.

We put in an order for a work meeting. Food itself was great but we won't order again due to the delivery driver, company I work for has a policy that if they charge for delivery you don't tip bc that company should be paying more to the driver, if they arnt they are just stealing extra money for no reason. The delivery driver through a fit bc if it even tho it's not up to us and then proceeds to call and test us throwing a fit about it. In my opinion it was just rude and unprofessional , if they want to get upset either don't charge extra for delivery or pay your employees more for it.

Ordered dessert only! Sign outside says each $1.89 but when u get to window they say they're $2.20 each..wow..and workers are rude, Mgr said he didn't care what it says outside, what the register says is. Unbelievable! Came from out of town and they need to be reported!

Zero Stars,
Was verbally insulted and physically threatened by a white male employee over a trivial newspaper misunderstanding.
Could not get the hispanic sounding "manager" to understand that his employee should be immediately terminated. Manager refused to give me the name of the employee that physically threatened me, or give me his own name.
"Employee of the Month" and "Manager of the Year"! Had to contact Jimmy Johns corporate for an adult response to my serious accusations. Police report filed.
Customers beware. You're the next victim of these punks.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jae L.Davenport, United States89178Jun 18, 2022
When arriving to the establishment found a group of guys and one lady who were workers all outside in a blue car doing drugs, when walking into the business i was greeted by the gentleman working the register while another man was cutting fresh meat prepping. After placing my order thinking the same guy taking my order would be making my sandwich i was disappointed when the same groups of team members outside came right in not to wash their hands and put gloves on and start making sandwiches quickly. Sadly i paid for the food and had to trash it walking out totally disgusted.

I'm used to getting my Jimmy Johns freaky fast and freaky fresh! But not this time, i'm not sure what's happened to Jimmy Johns, but this was disappointing for sure! It took about 30 minutes to arrive and when it got here it was underwhelming and skimpy! There's barely any avocado on my Beach Club, which is the star of the show and the only reason I get this sandwich. It wasn't terrible, just nothing like the quality I am accustomed to here.

Generally speaking, most chains like this are all the same. The food is as good as any. They do make a good unwich. Staff was engaged, friendly, and fast. The building is nicer than most with plenty of seating both inside and out.

Buyer beware. I call this place one napkin Jimmy. The food is always ok but they just flat out refuse to give you any napkins. It's always just 1. 1. Yes 1. Who eats a sandwich with one lousy napkin? It is completely malicious and on purpose. Prob a sign of ridiculously cheap management. Have you ever tried to grab one napkin of the pile. It ain't easy. You have to actually try to only get one. So it's obviously intentional. It's really just sad that this is an ongoing enforced policy by the owner or management. Is it really that costly to give away a napkin or two to increase customer loyalty. I travel for work and am in area frequently, never had this issue anywhere else. I literally dread ordering from there and they are my last last option every time. They would prob get more of my business if this wasn't such an issue, it's the little things that turn into big things. It's just a sad policy for this business to have. Just want them to know that, it's sad and unfortunate and yea someone noticed, next time I'll just go hungry. I won't order from the One napkin Jimmy anymore.
