Some of the most personable, well trained, talented, dedicated sales assistants I have ever met.

Would not quit fitting a large Turquoise ring and installing special "keepers" until it was perfect! Which took 3 visits to meet our mutually superior results!

This jeweler is absolutely amazing. In looking at rings, we went to SO MANY stores, online stores, and pawn shops. Firstly, they didn't jump on my fiancee and I when we walked into the store - the staff gave us space to browse. They had a lot of beautiful, contemporary pieces in store. When we did connect with someone in the store, the woman, Charis, was so helpful and pleasant! She wasn't judgmental or overbearing. They have LaCroix, coffee, and beer in the corner that are a great touch - no offer or ask - you can serve yourself.

I emailed them a few weeks after our visit with a pretty hefty ask on a short timeline to make a surprise engagement ring before our party in a few weeks. Jamie, the owner, was incredibly creative and gifted in design. He was full of thoughts and ideas without any of them being overbearing. He brought in the best diamonds at the best prices and even offered to go with me to other jewelry wholesalers to look at what I'd reserved. He went the extra mile to make sure that they could get the ring done in time - texting me and making sure it could happen. There was no upsetting or pushing my limit. He was truly only concerned about my happiness and our long term relationship.

I was SO impressed with the service, the creativity of the ring designer, and the quality of the product. I was stuck before going to this jeweler. I have them to thank for my partner's gorgeous engagement ring. They are my new "family jeweler" in an age when I'm pretty aware no one has those anymore! STRONGLY recommend, particularly for custom jewelry!!!!

Unethical management does not respect customer time and tries to evade/reneg on a handshake deal. Poor service led to significant delays, not receiving the ring we ordered, and made it a hassle to get a refund.

Save yourself the hassle and order from an online vendor. We got higher quality rings from an online vendor overnighted to us for 2/3 cost quoted here.

The owner, Jamie, is apparently willing to pay $200 for a good review.

Working with the artisans at Jewelry Artisans to create a one of a kind ring was just amazing. Beatriz is such an artist, such a lovely lady, and so wonderful to work with. I will always be indebted to her for making our dream a reality.

Can't say enough wonderful words to express how kind and empathetic the staff has been.....Came in with my Mom's original engagement ring (diamond and platinum) covered in a layer of superglue that I thought would ruin the stone or the setting....They took me seriously and worked hard on cleaning the ring for two days before they were happy with the results!!
I trusted them wholeheartedly and they treated me like a loyal client of Jewelry Artisan's without knowing that I have been one for many, many years.

Lovely staff and stunning pieces. I got a beautiful diamond necklace here for Christmas. They attached an extender for free which was lovely.
