What a fantastic facility!

I play in a recreational sports league called "SuperJocks", where 5 teams of women play a different sport each week.

Many of our games are booked at the Calgary Jewish Center, so after a number of years in this league, I am quite impressed with this facility. I haven't seen the entire centre, but the area that I frequent has a very large gym, well-equipped change rooms, and our games are played in a fully stocked gymasium, where we play volleyball, basketball, dodgeball, floor hockey and soccer.

I have also taken some yoga classes there, and their yoga studio is very impressive as well!

If you live in the SW, definately check out the programs at this center. It is open to all to take fitness classes!

Under renos currently,but its worth it.Replacing all lockers,change rooms and showers.Brand new mens/ladies steam bath and saunas and whirlpools also when completed.$50/ month for non senior adults.This gives you access to the pool,fitness and weight room,spin rooms,gymnasium and climbing wall.At times busy if you go during peak hours.Well kept facility and friendly staff.Personal trainers available,lots of activities free if your a paid member.Also,the option of monthly payments is terrific.No surprises,hidden fees and lots of parking.For the price,value for your dollars.

nice place...clean and cool......it has a swiming pool and steam room.. sauna..gym... yoga ... .. everything ...and 1 day entry is 10$...i love this place...
