Januzzi's Pizza

The salads are very good and the price is unbelievable. Pizza and Subs are also very good and prices are beyond reasonable. This is our Friday takeout of choice!

There were no other customers in the place, yet I had to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 cold subs to be made. Was told the dining area was closed for another couple of hours, so had to walk my food back to my hotel where I found a long hair inside my sub. Seriously pathetic service.

I stopped by to pick up pizza for lunch. I understand it's Ash Wednesday, so the small wait doesn't bother me. I order a tomato and garlic fried Sicilian tray. Once I got back to work, I discovered that there were onions on the pizza. I really hate onions on my pizza, and I was very surprised by them. After tediously removing the onions, the pizza itself is wonderful!! I would have happily ordered the pizza without onions, but I didn't see it noted anywhere on the menu. So, I would give 5 stars for the pizza, but please update your menus or serve your pizza as the menu says.

I ordered bacon cheese fries which was absolutely delicious. Bacon and cheese all the way to the bottom of the container! I ordered an Italian stromboli which was $16. It was long but extremely skinny, they were very skimpy on the fixings inside. There was only one layer of meat,the meat was sliced so thin I couldn't even taste the meat. There were very few peppers and mushrooms and barley any cheese. Honestly it tasted nothing like a Stromboli. Usually a Stromboli is packed with meat, cheese and the fixings, I eat 2 peices and I'm full. This Stromboli from Januzzi's I ate half just to get full. For $16.00 this was the worst I've ever had. I ordered a side of mild sauce that I never received and my husband ordered a cheese steak, the bun was about the size of a hot dog bun but longer and there was barley any meat, of course how can you pack a sub if the bun is skinny. He also ordered a Buffalo chicken salad with mild sauce and they put hot sauce which he couldn't eat because it was to hot. $33.00 later what a waste.

This was the first time trying a pizza in Wilkes-Barre that didn't make me feel sick. It was different. The pizza was delicious and this is coming from a NJ resident with high expectations of pizza!

The Fred pierogies were average, the pizza was below average... The crust was chard and therefore ruined the whole flavor of the entire pizza.

Stopped for a pizza and some movie tickets
*Pizza was disappointing
*Its was smaller than I thought it would be
*The middle was soggy and under cooked
*And the mushrooms are from can

Could be an off day but I haven't been inspired to return since

The waitress Nancy was great did a awesome job but was not pleased with how her manager joe made my pizza.. First of all when pizza comes to the table it's suppose to be hot and my pizza was not hot it was between cold and warm but more cold and when I showed him the pie he said he didn't see anything wrong with it he acted like i made the whole thing up he did knock off the price for me but he attitude towards me was totally wrong.. Personally I won't be coming back to this location because the pizza was served to me cold and he said no it wasnt.. I would like a call from someone that is above him store manager, supervisor, owner etc but not him.. Thank you for your time

I was unimpressed.

The menu is fairly simple with pizza, stromboli, wraps, subs (cold and hot), salad, and apps (mainly all fried).

I was initially interested in the chicken wing Stromboli. Then I read what it comprised with. Cheese, peppers, onions, blue cheese, wing sauce, and FRIED CHiCKEN. Really? Pass.

Ended up getting the chicken cheesesteak minus marinara and sub wing sauce. It was good. Just thought it was odd that the chicken was a thin, square slab. Isn't a cheesesteak supposed to be chopped chicken?

They need to update their website, advertises 20 wings for 12.95 when I got there to pick up my order it was 6 dollars more. The cashier says " that must be an outdated menu". How is it my problem you guys don't update your website?? To top it off the wings were overcooked! Will not be going back.
