Instant Imprints Vancouver

I submitted an inquiry to them, clearly articulating my requirement for screen prints within a specified timeframe. Despite my explicit request for screen printing, they unilaterally altered the printing method to a different type. Additionally, when I requested a paper stock thicker than 100 lb, an individual, a Indian nationality, misleadingly characterized 100 lb cover paper as think like business card stock. Regrettably, their subsequent refusal to either refund my payment or address the issue leaves me with no option but to caution against engaging their services. Their conduct is indicative of deceptive practices.

Instant Imprint was able to turn my order around quickly so that it was ready in time for my event on the weekend. The online payment process was easy, and I appreciated being able to save $5 with the voucher available via Yelp. I just picked up the shirt, and the quality of the t-shirt and the print job is great.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the print placement. Before I placed my order I asked if I'd be able to see a proof before printing, and I was told this was possible. But once I actually placed the order, I was told I wouldn't see a proof. The end result is a chest print that sits too low. The highest part of the graphic sits right at my bust, but the wording/text sits below my bust, making it less visible. This reduces the impact of the graphic. I'm disappointed as I would've thought with their expertise they would've done a better job of the placement.

I would order from them again because of the good quality and fair pricing, I would just go in next time to discuss the graphic placement in person.

Awesome store! Super helpful with anything customer service related and lighting fast at getting orders out/getting back to you with any questions, also fairly affordable! I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend for Christmas that turned out too large and they were very understanding and helped me make a second one that fit him perfectly :) the quality was very high and I was very impressed with their prompt responses, how easily I got my idea made and their friendly service! Definitely ordering more things in future and would recommend to any friends.

I have used the MAIN STREET shop a few times and have had excellent service. I usually deal with Jon who is awesome and deals with my little requests with patience and professionalism that you rarely get anywhere. The products have always been exactly what I wanted and expected, in part because they help design it for you. No extra costs for my changes was nice too.

They have other locations and more of a branch rather than an independent shop which in some circumstances in a good thing. This review is based on presentation and communication as these things in the professional world are very important to me. I came in to get some information since our office is moving and we're not sure at what our office branding situation is. I am to present this information in a few weeks at a meeting. The guys were awesome spending 20 minutes with me on their presentation.

I was dealing with Jon. I have to say he went above and beyond and we printed something on a material we were not sure if it would work and it looks awesome. Way better than I could have imagined and he went out of his way to cut my material and made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way. They have earned my business. Great job! I highly recommend this print shop.
