Indochino is awesome and is the only place I make my suits. The suit fabrics are of good quality and selection. I am very impressed with my now go to person at Indochino DRAKE!!! Thank you so very much!

Great selection but a bit overpriced. Customer service was fair regardless of the prices.

Very poor in-store experience. There was an appointment mix up and we were told that our bridal party (5) wouldn't be able to be seen at our time. Instead, only 1 person could be fitted.

Meanwhile, the fitting started 20 minutes late and was completed in 20 minutes. There was ample other staff available to help and no other customers in store. There were staff standing around that didn't even ask if we needed help.

Staff was rude and not approachable. It was supposed to be a celebratory occasion with the groom, but alas the staff made it very difficult, stressful, and frustrating.

Raised the issue with the staff and the gentlemen was argumentative and non apologetic.

Attempted to reach out to corporate customer service and the experience was equally lacklustre.

Would not recommend this company or location for the service alone. Don't expect a resolution for issues you experience.

It could be the best suit in the world and I still wouldn't shop here again. Try SuitSupply instead.

I truly would give this 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Worst Experience of EVER BUYING A SUIT! It literally took from April 2023 to Nov 2023 to even get a suit that somewhat fits me correctly, and its not a good fit trust me. I spent $700 for a suit to be "custom fit" It IS NOT. I hope nobody has to go through this ... Save yourself the money and just go somewhere else.

Loved the store and its service. I found the styles and the fabrics excellent. Thanks to Mai, ask for her. She was friendly and very professional. I would love to come again here for more suites.

Not someone with high standards for a suit but my experience with Indochino was deeply disappointing. During the fitting process, the in-store rep inquired if I wanted a pattern on onlythe inside pocket of my suit jacket and vest, which I found to be a unique request and agreed. When the suit arrived, the entire lining was covered in this pattern instead.

I communicated my shock to the store. After a week, the assistant store manager Jonny placed the fault on me, advised there was nothing they could do after I had signed the dotted line upon placing the order, and simply told me to enjoy the wedding. The disappointment I have is not just with the suit but also with the lack of service and support I received from Jonny, the Vancouver showroom, and Indochino in general. Once the suit and my payment were made, Jonny and Indochino showed zero interest in whether I was content with their product or even if I would wear the suit.

Unfortunately, when I visited the Vancouver showroom again after it arrived, Jonny made little effort to find a solution and instead looked for ways to turn me away. I explained that it was not something I could wear, but his concern was with the cost and inconvenience I would potentially cause Indochino and he refused to look at the suit.

If you are looking for a custom suit, I'd recommend making the investment at a store/company that shows interest in your satisfaction with their product and service. Would be happy to update this review if I do receive any real support or assistance but two weeks on, it does not look promising.

My Indochino suit material quality is good. I am happy with the product itself but that is the only part of the experience that was satisfactory.

The process of getting the suit and getting measured for adjustments is incredibly cumbersome and not user friendly at all. You'll have a much more satisfying experience if you go to any mainstream suit retailer. Their website is very misleading as to their ability to deliver on their promise and timelines. You need to budget 1-2 months to get a proper fitting suit with all the adjustments and remakes required.

They seem completely unwilling to compensate clients for the inconvenience of their process. I am guessing that's why all orders are non-refundable. If they were refundable no one would follow through with their order.

I will not be ordering from Indochino again. The product is satisfactory but it's not any better than the next tailor and therefore not worth the long and inconvenient process. You'll have a much more enjoyable experience getting a "custom" tailored suit from your local tailor or merchant (such as Moore's or Men's Warehouse or Tip Top Tailor)

I gave them multiple opportunities to make up for the dropped ball service but they did not care to try. They could have kept my future business if they'd tried to do so.

Don't waste your time with Indochino.

Save your DOLLARS and please don't waste time and money with this company

This company makes their suits in China.

My suit ended up sitting really bad on me and all my wedding pics were ruined because of their incompetence. Unfortunately you can't see the bad quality within few mins when you come to do a final try at their location but gets exposed in real live action.

Quality is opposite of good.

Management do not care when you address your concerns initially and finding excuses that there are no notes and also their employee turnaround is very quick so responsible employees are not even there.

They have dragged my claim beyond reasonable time and now saying it's my problem that it wasn't a priority to me to address my concern from the beginning which I did.

Manager is not helping at all.

Super-impressed by the fitting. So many measurements. She clearly knew what she was doing and how to make my suit fit better in ways I didn't even think of.

I waited a few weeks before ordering because the fabric selection wasn't great the day I went in. Couple weeks after that I have two perfectly fitting suits at an amazing price (As long as you don't mind your suits being made in China). The shirts didn't seem to be as good a value IMHO.

I contemplated ordering from Indochino for over a year but making my measurements at home never sat right with me. I was in Toronto today and I made an appointment for a fitting online the day before.

When I arrived, the store was very clean and comfortable. My wife said "it looks like a man cave!" Nas fit me for my suits expertly and professionally. I am very tactile so having all the fabrics on display was good for me to make a decision quickly.

I liked how they had "templates" at the store to try on and adjustments were made on the fly. He had another associate check my selections as a routine courtesy which I thought was very slick and well done.

I am looking forward to my delivery. Thanks Nas and the rest of the team at Indochino on King.
