They don't pay sub contractors for work completed even after being paid by the general contractor.

Stay away from everyone involved with this company

Not professional nor knowledgeable from the get go despite apparently having experience in this unique setup (high velocity systems). Clients beware.

I had spoken to Fred who I kept an ongoing dialogue through Whatsapp and email with wrt to a new $10k high velocity system. He appeared to be quite helpful at first but admitted he wasn't familiar with the Max Air system I had currently had but said he would get back with a quote for a much better and cheaper system.

Fred was supposed to get back within a few days for the initial quote and then the following week for the cheaper solution. After a week, I still hadn't received the initial quote and reached out but didn't get a response despite confirming through Whatsapp that he read my message. A waited another few days and asked if either quote was available.

After 2 weeks I touched base again and again the message was read but wasn't responded to. A few days later, I got an email from him but replied back that I didn't get the attachment. He quickly replied and confirmed it was an ad and resent it. After replying back that I was actually expecting his quotation, he fell silent once again.

I wasted 3 weeks because he couldn't even respond back that he was no longer interested in finding a solution or providing a quote as initially promised. If this company couldn't even be professional enough to maintain contact for the quotation, how much more would they be unwilling to communicate for warranty items or post installations issues and concerns.

I see the previous comment was from a few years back but it seems this company just hadn't improved it's knowledge, expertise or professionalism and recommend you seek out another HVAC company for your HVAC needs. Given this market is saturated with so many companies, it would make sense to me to maintain good rapport throughout all communications but to be so unprofessional like that is such a disappointment and a huge waste of my time.

I used HVAC for life years ago and would like to offer an updated review. I believe that most of my problems with my system were due to a poor design by the engineer. (Not affiliated with this company) In fact when I have maintenance done on my system many compliment the high end/high tech furnace that was installed by HVAC for life. I think the owner does care about his customers and has definitely tried to make his company a great combination of value and quality. Their prices are very competitive and they are definitely providing better quality
I wish this company future success and I'm a firm believer in second chances when warranted.
