HotBox Pizza

Well, if you're drunk on a Saturday night, this pizza will do the job. It does the job, but it really is just not good pizza. Great quick service, this is really a to-go kind of place and has just a few chairs for eat in.

I have always loved HotBox pizza. It's affordable, it's convenient, and their pizza is very good for the price. I love getting their re-usable cups too. They aren't the best pizza around, but for what it is it is amazing.

This specific review is of their set up at GenCon too. They had a tent at the GenCon 2022 block party. The line moved quick for how long it was and the service was good. They had a special pizza there, too. Tater invader. It had tater tots, green onions, bacon, and sour cream. With cheese too. It was VERY good. I hope this flavor returns someday.

Tonight was a total disappointment. The store was dead had multiple employees sitting outside and inside playing on phones, but couldn't get my order correct.

Just to give you a heads up that every part of my order was wrong tonight...

The pizza was supposed to have artichokes, it did not. It was not supposed to have black olives but it did.

One of my two salads was BYO, I received two regular salads.

There was no nacho cheese with my sticks.

What we got was good, but it isn't what we ordered and I didn't get everything I paid for... I probably won't order from this location again.

the Ballsagna was full of flavor. only negative is that it was a little overcooked. but absolutely delicious nonetheless. the gentlemen were all very pleasant and food was ready ontime. thank you hotbox. rating my first experience an A.

Was a great experience. The staff was friendly and the food was quick to come out. Definitely a great first time experience . Going back to try the other signature pizzas

Overpriced pizza with terrible service. Great combo.
Last order was placed online and when arrived to pick up only half the order had been made. Was told they'd hurry to make the rest. 5 mins. 15 mins later I asked for my money back as now half my order had just been sitting and they still hadn't started the other half. Was offered nothing to compensate for their incompetence and the inconvenience.
Also guy making the pizza doughs had a gross cast on his hand so not sure that would fly with food safety or health inspectors.

I ordered an XL old school pizza to share with my friends. It had pepperoni and banana peppers. It was super good and I loved how little and crispy the pepperoni was.

Pizza comes great every time , papa johns on Madison is so trash that they made me try a whole new pizza chain and I'm glad I chose hot box because , papa johns pizza quality was terrible and there workers are lazy af

Phenomal. More than pizza,... lots of love in this food.... Soo yummy.... And I was able to use the restroom. Kisses for these workers

The customer service I experience with HotBox pizza was by far astounding! We were in town for the Indianapolis Central Zone Invitational (volleyball tournament), so you can only imagine how busy the weekend was for all local businesses. Not only did the staff get our 7 pizza order completed in less than an hour but they were extremely patient with us and even took the order to the car and loaded it up for us in our cargo van. I have never had a pizza establishment go above and beyond to provide for our team the way HotBox did. From napkins, plastic ware, plates, peppers, cheeses, and cups HotBox provided it all! The price was very doable as well!

I highly recommend the cheese bread which garlic butter. It is making my mouth water just thinking of it right now. If we happen to come back, HotBox will be a stopping place for sure. Thank you for the amazing service you provided!
