About the Business
Whether you're dining-in, ordering online for carryout, or placing a delivery order, the best food can be found here. Our BYOB (Build Your Own) burgers are hand crafted with 100% beef. Seafood? We've got that too. It makes sense, seeing as how the first Hooters™ was built in Clearwater, FL. Crab legs? Yup. Steamed shrimp? Looking for healthier menu options? Make sure to check out the Wise Choice section of our menu! It's the lighter side of Hooters™ for those looking to cut some calories. Whether or not you use those calories on beer is up to you. Our location offers an extensive beer selection including local and regional craft beers, domestics, and imports on tap, as well as bottles and cans.

I'm a religious hooters customer, hot wings are my life blood. I'm in Augusta on a business trip and was pleased to see i could order hooters to be delivered to my room! The order was delivered quicker than the projected time, which seemed great at the time. Phone sitting down to eat my wings they were soggy and barely warm. They just didn't seem fresh! I order the hooter original wings because I love the crunchy breading, this was not the case today.

Slow kitchen, very rude kitchen staff, manager(Becca) is very rude and unaccommodating, rude to the girls.
I will never come back to this Hooters again. Corporate needs to do something about this restaurant.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 20512771979Mar 1, 2010
I enjoyed the new "more than a mouthful Mondays" at lunch at the Augusta Hooters. This is a cheeseburger with fries for $5.99, and it is a chainwide promotion in the US locations.
Burger was cooked to my liking, and the provolone cheese was wonderfully gooey melted on top.
My Hooters Girl was pleasant and provide just the right amount of conversation during my visit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bea M.Evans, United States16432May 12, 2016
I have never been to Hooters but heard decent things about their wings. My son was kind enough to bring me some lemon pepper boneless ones home the other night.
To sum it up in a word - Yuck! I could not taste the lemon pepper - however I was able to taste old grease. Which is very very nasty.
I will not be visiting this location personally and no more take out for me.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Apr 13, 2015
If it's Masters week, don't waste your time visiting Hooters. As anyone who's been to the Masters knows, it's like a Mardi Gras for old rich men. Hooters takes advantage of this fact by constructing a huge temporary tent and bussing in hundreds of girls from other stores all up and down the east coast. They stay in nearby apartments and work very long hours; our waitress was working 9a to midnight and back the following morning on the first day we stopped in.
These long Masters week hours, and the grueling work of dealing with drunken 50 year olds hitting on them, make for mostly grumpy servers. Hooters food is not anything to write home about to begin with, so couple that with a grumpy server and a bunch of cigar smoke in the temporary tent, and you've got the recipe for a very unenjoyable meal. Two of our three orders for food came out stone cold. Here's a tip though; a double Bacardi is only $1.50 more than a single, so no point ordering singles.
We decided to give Hooters a second chance and came back on Sunday after the Masters around 10pm. Even worse than it was the Thursday night of our first visit. The tables were filthy so we sat at the bar. The bar ended up being filthy too so no point going back to the tables. The bathroom had no paper towel, the one stall in the mens room had the lock broken off, the trash can had not been emptied for hours so the pile of trash around it was about 50% more than the can would have held, the counters and toilets were filthy, the floors throughout the store were disgusting and then we encountered our bartender, Sarah Beth. She apparently is a local, so if you visit outside of Masters week, you may get to meet her. One of the most standoffish bartenders I've encountered. I believe she greeted us with a few words, then went about her business of cleaning (closing was two hours away). We got her attention and ordered drinks; they were made and left in front of us without a single word, for my long island she didn't even take the time to mix it.
We downed our two drinks, tried again, got another couple words out of her but that was about as good as it was going to get.
Perhaps on a regular week when people haven't worked so hard the place is better run, cleaned and staffed by people who don't have an outward appearance of just being pissed off all the time, but that's what you're going to get during Masters week.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Robert H.Auburn, United States03218Mar 10, 2018

Horrible service and follow up with us. The assigned waitress didn't even bother to take our order and we waited another 10 minutes just to get to put our order in...bs and I'd rather wait an hour at twin peaks than go back here

If you wanted to be seated in an empty resturaunt on a Sunday while 3 waitresses converse at the front door and for 30 minutes no one takes an order or drinks. This is the place every year gets worse will never return ever! The reason prices have gotten so high here is there are no customers

This review is for Master's week - what a fun place!
Didn't have tickets, never been to Augusta....but since we just moved to Atlanta - took the drive to check it out - found out - can't buy a Masters t-shirt unless you're on the grounds, and even at 1 PM on a Friday - tickets $800.........
Well, saw somewhere John Daly hangs out at Hooters, let's check it out....
Food was typical Hooters (3 stars in my book) - but the atmosphere was that of a college bar on game day in a major college town - lot of fun, TVs everyplace with the Masters on....and John Daly outside, taking pictures with people and just being a regular guy (selling his stuff, which was very reasonably priced).
Everything I heard about Augusta was right - not much there and kinda dumpy other than the course....but the atmosphere at Hooters was a lot of fun - if you can't get inside.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Renee F.Augusta, United States191Sep 6, 2014
I would give hooters five stars bc of the customer service but the food was blah. Honesty I can make better buffalo wings. The food wasn't nasty but it was kind of bland. My husband had the platter of buffalo wings, boneless wings & buffalo shrimp...if the wings were seasoned like the shrimp it would be great! That appetizer platter was $15 which wasn't worth it. The loaded tater tots were pretty good & I would recommend those. I also had the "purple hooter" which was $5 in a small & I mean small glass. It tasted like Robitussin with squirt of Absolute Vodka. I've had hooters in the past & never before have been this disappointed.
