Best hotel in Klamath Falls, Oregon!
We actually stayed here July 2021 for 1 night only. We arrived really late that evening. I remember that just about every local restaurant that night was already closed. We ended up getting takeout from Wendy's and eating it at the hotel.
The hotel parking lot was packed. Fortunately, our reserved room was still waiting for us. The staff member who checked us in was super cool. The room was terrific. We all had a good nights rest after an awesome day of adventures.
Next morning's breakfast was fine. It was still Covid times so the available food was limited. Check out was a breeze.
Would return and highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express as well.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Sep 23, 2023
Outstanding stay! This hotel is newer (always good!). We were upgraded to a larger room, which was so nice! Rooms have microwave, small refrigerator and safe. Flat screen TV and comfortable bed. Hotel was very clean, with hand sanitizers throughout. The hotel has a self service laundry room, which is so very helpful while on the road. They have a pool. But we didn't go. The location of the hotel is a HUGE plus in my opinion. There is a gas station next to hotel. There is an excellent Mexican Restaurant which we ate at which is a 5 minute walk. There is also a CVS across the street. It's always nice to have so many conveniences within walking distance after driving all day. Breakfast is complimentary and was quite good, with sausage, biscuits and gravy, pre-made egg omelets, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, fruit and yogurt. We would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again if we were visiting again. Thank you for a super stay

Other than the outside looking like crap, the room was quite acceptable and clean. One night here on business traveling through. I would stay here again for sure.

Pros: clean, updated, comfortable bed and soft sheets, breakfast included
Cons: the guy who checked us in did not greet us and was not friendly, you can hear the road noise in our room, you have to stand in line and tell them your breakfast picks, they ran out of scrambled eggs and didn't offer the hard boiled eggs until I asked for it, mid in the elevator that should have been cleaned upHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 23, 2022
It is impossible for a hotel that does not offer housekeeping during a 3-day stay to get anything greater than three stars. But unfortunately, this hotel is not just cutting corners on housekeeping. They're not keeping the pool or the hot tub clean. Over my 3-day stay I watched the hot tub get progressively more and more filthy.
The room was reasonably comfortable. The air conditioning worked but it was noisy. The bathtub was a bit worn and dated. The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Aug 9, 2021
I am pleasantly surprised how nice and tidy this Holiday Inn Express is. It might be that the rooms are recently renovated and it shows: new modern furniture and light fixtures are in our hotel room. The bathroom looked new as well. Our room is clean, no complaints whatsoever. The lobby and breakfast room also looked well kept. Due to covid restrictions, a server is present to hand you your breakfast. Bacon is excellent and a go to hotel biscuits and gravy is always a pleasant sight to see. Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel as we explore the area.

Let's be honest, it's on a busy street. Some people drive by loudly. Not their fault. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! The cinnamon rolls were just enough icing. They had to go containers so you could take it if you needed to get on the road quickly. Greta place to stop if you need a break from the road.

Stayed here for one night on 12/10/2021. The hotel from outside definitely needs some updating, or just some general maintence.
The signature blue lights these hotels have running vertically, a few of them are discolored or flicker on and off constantly.
The staff smoke cigarettes outside the lobby doors and the smoke carry's into the lobby.
The rooms were clean and look like most every Holiday Inn. They are a little on the small side, but again, very clean and like any other Holiday Inn.
Breakfast was solid as usual. The poor gal there was all alone. So she'd have to go to the back to make more food and it would cause a line.. Nothing crazy, but it seemed like she could have used some help. Otherwise, everything was fresh and good.
Out of the other local options, there's a few other newer hotels I think I'll try next time around.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - R C.Ave Maria, United States19323170Jul 1, 2022
The hotels are a very busy street to hear honking and rubbing up engines like crazy the breakfast is really substandard for having an express it's basically get by when you're at a basketball checking in you only allow one water then they overcharge you for stuff you didn't even buy in the market to top it all off you're on your last day trying to rest you have a do not disturb on the door and I enter your room at 8:41 AM for some reason they are clearing it like it's a prison or like a dorm they clear up the rooms when you're trying to call the front desk nobody answers you go down to the front desk and you ask for the gentle manager and she sits in her office for 15 minutes to make you wait in the lobby there's not many choices up here so maybe the best questions another choice I don't know but I wouldn't recommend this hotel not at $255 a night

Terrible
A suite is literally a SET of rooms. We paid a lot extra for a suite because one of our party is disabled and need their own space but is a child so cannot have their own room. This is not a suite, it is one room with a sofa. A sofa does not make it a suite! A wall and a door make it a suite.
Employee was dismissive at check in.
The fridge door would not stay closed so the employee came in, without a mask, a touched EVERY SINGLE. THING. IN. THE. FRIDGE. All of the food. Then gave us 2 pieces of tape and left. What? That's not a solution.
So, bad check in, Terrible room, lies about the one room being a set of rooms, broken fridge, Typhoid Mary touching everything and not masking. Oh, also, violating the ADA.
I am glad they gave a list of associated brands so I know what companies you avoid in the future.
BTW did you know 26% of Americans are disabled? Good job Holiday Inn.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
