Hero Certified Burgers

Absolutely horrible location. First of all you talk to a robot to order and the man behind the desk is VERY dry and rude. The whole restaurant is a grey box . Literally feels you are in a communist country in there. We ordered the plant based burger with plant based cheese. Asked 3 times if it was vegan he said yes and proceeded to put hero sauce which is mayo on the burger.. we noticed this after we left in the car so couldn't even eat the burgers. I don't understand. If you sell a plant based burger you better know what plant based is and that mayo is NOT plant based. So unprofessional if you can't bother to learn something so simple about your customers dietary needs don't open a restaurant. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere. Stay away.

I ordered the signature cheeseburger value combo and it was delicious! I'll definitely be back again. I recommend adding the fried egg; it was worth the extra dollar and was a nice touch overall. The Ultimate Fries were good as well. Personally, I'd like the fries to have a bit more salt but that's just my preference. My order was prepared fairly quickly. It was a great dining experience overall.

I was here the other day because I had a burger craving. Everything was wonderful- bun was soft, lettuce and tomato slices were fresh. The burgers were delicious. Aside, at another Hero's they gave me soggy burgers so I avoid the other nearby locations so I usually get my burgers here, at the Jefferson location.

When I went to pick up my burger, the manager was there and he was very friendly. He was telling me about the burgers.

Anyways burger was very delicious. I ate it very quickly so I don't have pictures to share!

Hero Certified Burgers is a pretty good burger joint. You get decent quality food for decent prices. I ordered a 6oz burger with my preferred fixings & onion rings. The staff person was really nice and plated my meal and brought it over.

Ordered their March break special. Had a good experience. The cashier wasn't aware of the special but the chef stepped forward and assisted. The location is a bit smaller than others but many people just carry out so there was actually a lot of space for seating.

This was my first visit to this location of Hero burgers.

The staff was knowledgeable, and the place was clean.

The lunch I had was quite good. I had an 8 ounce burger without bun, but with mushrooms, white cheddar, bacon, lettuce and an egg.

I have to eat gluten free and have some other limitations, but I find hero burger a good place for me to come and eat. This locations was no different in that I had a great variety of choices for lunch.

The presentation was fantastic. Often when you order a burger without a bun, it can be a real mess. There was some good thought put into the design and preparation of it.

I'm giving them an extra star for effort, and that the burger looked the most appetizing of any burger I have had at any of the hero burger locations.

Ordered a family pack and got 4 burnt burgers... Complained to the management and the corporation, never got a reply back from them. There are much better options in this area.

Not happy with this location. They guy who I think is either the manager or the owner of the location got the order wrong and wouldn't change it afterwards either- even though the cook didn't start to prepare the burgers. I ordered a chicken deluxe and 2 soul burgers and he for some reason added another soul burger. I told Him repeatedly it was just 3 BURGERS that I wanted but he still got it wrong. So I ended up paying for the extra burger that I did not need. He seemed like the guy who was just trying to make another sale. This location was so cold and clearly they did not have the heater on cause ate with our jackets on. It Would have probably been warmer in the car. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because of the food actually tasted good. They could have used more guac for the veggie burger that I ordered especially because it was a dollar extra so they were kind of stingy on that part. Overall, there are much better locations that I've been to.

Overpriced tasteless burger. Fries are no better. Don't bother with this place. It's a big disappointment. Brought my family here. We were all disappointed and it cost more than $60 even with coupons.

Overall was very disappointed in this franchise, felt the burgers are way overpriced and for what we got I didn't appreciate what I had. I don't think I will ever return, There is nothing about this place that would make me want to return or tell someone to try it. I can appreciate the franchise owners reaching out and offering to buy a burger and for that I will add 2 stars to my rating but will decline the offer of a free meal as I said was not overly impressed with the food
