      I recently had my car broken in to (hurray Surrey) and selected Harm's as they were nearby and offered a courtesy car (my insurance doesn't cover a rental).

      Pros:
      Peter, the owner, was willing to stay late to see me the day I brought in my car; and again later when I had to pick it up. His accommodation of my hours was a big help since I don't get off work until too late most days.

      Courtesy car was a new Ford Fiesta, not the greatest car, but got me from here to there without problems. Clean car and full tank of gas.

      When I got it back the car was cleaned, inside and out! This was nice as no work was required on the inside so no need for cleaning there.

      Repairs look good as new. Window is replaced, glass cleaned up, all the molding and tracks around the window were done and the scratches on the panel were repainted. In bright sunlight I could not see anything indicating a repair.

      Cons:
      When I called the place the first time I left a message and never got a response.

      The repair was done one day later than the estimate, but no big deal.

      Five star service and repair. I have had a few repairs here, including a quarter panel replacement and several dents corrected, all of which were speedy and made my car look as good as new

      3rd experience with harms auto body alittle disapointing.

      last year they worked on some minor scratches on my car. i came to pick up the car drove it home and found the weather stripping on the passenger side , the side they had worked on was falling off, than upon further inspection noticed they had completely failed to address the scratches at the rear which was stated to have been apart of the fix. brought it back. Peter, I believe the owner ? was very apologetic, and kindly attended to the problem immediately. so i figured honest mistake and since peter was so nice it was over all a decent experience.

      So just last week our family dropped off the car for some work done, picked it up, filthy, filthy, there is still a metal box thingy left on the floor of the passenger side, im not sure what it is, dunno if its garbage or if they forgot to re install it ?!?! they also forgot to return the nut bolt key thingy and the driver side door that they fixed doesn't even close properly. What on earth ?!?! They really need to give the car a check over before returning it. Such Poor workman ship. And its not as if they're prices are cheap either. Unfortunately I must bring it back.
