Although they advertise "same day service - no job too small" I would think that would be difficult to achieve if they do not return phones calls from potential clients. I left a voicemail on Friday Feb 2/18 and gave them the benefit of the doubt but since I left another on Monday Feb 5 and to date have not so much as received an acknowledgement, I think it is fair to say that customer service is not their number one priority.

I highly recommend Handyman Victoria. Marc accomplished everything on my multi-year to do list in a few weekends. He did an awesome job on caulking, screen repair, installing security cameras, repairing baseboards, installing new lights and many more jobs. He is always willing, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will be contacting him again.
