I have been consistently impressed with Guidepost Montessori, where both my six-month-old and 3.5 year old attend. The guides here are not only deeply caring and loving but also exhibit a high level of professionalism and expertise. They actively engage with my children, fostering a nurturing and educational environment. Whenever I approach them with questions or concerns, their responses are insightful and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Guidepost Montessori to any parent seeking a supportive and enriching environment for their children

My children LOVE this school - from the guides to the students to the challenging curriculum. Guidepost Montessori at Copper Hill integrates compassion into their teaching standards, emphasizes the importance of values, and builds leaders through each of their classes and lessons.
Ms. Stephanie and the other guides are passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are so great about sharing moments of pride they see within your child - their good behaviors and achievements; and they know the importance of getting the parents involved should an issue arise, and do it in a very respectful, approachable manner.
Great leadership and professionalism from Ms. Ashley, amazing team - great school!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lauren C.Castaic, United States0233Aug 18, 2022
Guidepost at Copper Hill has been fantastic for our 3 year old son. Especially after the new administration took over and revamped the campus over the spring of this year. They hired more experienced Guides (teachers) and they continue to make sure there is enough support in place at all times. We have been there since January of 2022 and within the first few months the school experienced some turnover with Guides and staff but Guidepost headquarters addressed it quite quickly and made many necessary changes. They literally flew in support from the corporate level as well as very experienced Montessori Guides from around the country. It was quite impressive to see. My son LOVES it here and he is learning so much. The school is set in such a beautiful location with nature all around it. So many other schools are in a parking lot surrounded by other busy stores and businesses but this is in a nice private location. Thank you Gina, Ashley, Ms Ravelle, Ms Arianna, Ms Emma, Ms Mona, Ms Jasmine... I could go on and on! The care you take of our son and the other children here mean the world to us.

There isn't much to say except do your research before enrolling your children. We had such great experiences through COVID, but when administration changed this Spring everything has gone down hill. I hope this school finds its footing because it's disappointing to see such great teachers and families leaving so quickly. We are sadly one of those families. Good luck Guidepost!

Dec 2, 2021Previous reviewOur family has been apart of the Guidepost at Copperhill family since August 2020. Through the winter surge of 2020, Ashley and her team, kept the school in pristine working order. We have two under two attending their Nido and Toddler programs. I would trust any of their teachers with the safety and integrity of my children. They are integral parts of our family dynamic and I don't know what we would do without them. If you're looking for a facility that follows state licensing requirements, has clean and orderly classrooms, and teachers (guides) who truly care for your children then this is the place for you!

Putting my child in daycare and going to work was one of the hardest things for me. I visited approximately 6 daycares before choosing Guidepost, and spent hours researching what I should look for when choosing a day care. I chose Guidepost because during the tour, the director hit on three important aspects: nurturing and safe environment, appropriate play and learning, and teaching our son to be independent.
Guidepost has exceeded every unreasonably high expectation I came in with. There are a tons of reasons why Guidepost is amazing, but first and foremost, my son loves it. And by loves it, I mean I tell him that he's going to school and he runs to the garage door to get in the car and squeals with excitement when he sees his teachers and friends at drop off. I reduced my hours at work in order to be home with him more and attend Guidepost part time, but he loves it so much, I've returned to full time. As a parent, nothing makes me happier to see my son making leaps and bounds in his development and loving school. The guilt that I held with sending him to daycare has been replaced with peace. He is constantly learning and having interactions with his peers and other adults that I alone cannot provide.
I also want to note how absolutely amazing the teachers are in the Nido (6week-18 month) class. They have cared for my son in such a loving way (held him, sung to him, and comforted him during rough days) and made an amazing, fun, interactive environment. He adores them. They have helped wean him from a bottle and learn baby sign language. I trust them, and I will always be so grateful for how they have impacted my son.
Lastly, I wanted to note some of the other great aspects of Guidepost. The campus is nestled in nature, the toys are engaging and beautiful, they keep the classroom spotlessly clean, this is a true Montessori school, they've helped my son take consistent naps and eat at a table, children socialize and play with each other at an early age, you get pictures everyday, the director and assistant director are amazing and always ready to help, I could go on and on.
The price is a bit higher than other schools, but it is truly worth it. I cannot give a higher recommendation.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Our daughter has been attending Guidepost for one year now and we can't imagine her going anywhere else! I was so nervous to send her to daycare but she absolutely thrives here. We've learned so much from their programming and have transitioned her home environment to match her school environment. We highly recommend their services.

My daughter started attending this school when she turned eighteen months old. She is part of the toddler Spanish immersion class. I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this school. Her teachers and staff are absolutely wonderful. I love love love how happy, kind and caring they are. She really has blossomed since attending this school. Her vocabulary has expanded dramatically and I absolutely love how they teach her to do every day life activities like washing windows, dusting, setting the table, washing dishes, etc. The actual school itself is brand new and has gated security. Due to Covid, the school has taken great care to ensure the kids safety by sanitizing the kids belongings, taking temps, indoor/outdoor shoes, and mandatory masks for staff and parents. This school is totally awesome and I truly believe they are setting up kids for success in their futures.

We drive our son 40 mins each way every day to take him to this school because their program and the people who work there are just top notch. We tried other preschools closer to our area but they do not compare. My son goes to the Spanish immersion class, and he loves the activities they do every day. He has gotten so much better at being independent and self confident since he started at Guidepost. Would absolutely recommend!

My 2.5 yr old son is very energetic and VERY bright (yes I'm his mom but that's an important note). He went to a wonderful school where I worked for the last two years that really fed his learning and his mind. Due to where it is located it is closed down and remains closed until we are allowed to go back to work in the office (no earlier than 2021). For 5 months my husband and I have balanced working from home and trying our best to give this boy what he needs to keep his mind fed. He started turning into a "tv zombie" because we had so many calls. We did the research and decided to try guidepost Montessori. They were very thorough in explaining their Covid protocols, but I have to say I am happy about how diligent they have been at executing. They are also so friendly, have a great learning process, and most importantly, my son is so happy. He eats well, has fun, learns, love his guides and his friends. It's a scary decision to make during covid and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We enrolled our son in the infant (Nido) room and have been so pleased with the staff and facility. The guides in the infant room are wonderful with the children. Following Monessori guidelines, they are truly guides for growing independent and confident children. The staff is very responsive to any concerns or questions that I may have and are continually reaching out for feedback on how to make things better. I have been so pleased with the quality care our son receives.
