I don't believe I have ever dealt with a business worse than this. We agreed to purchase a living room set under the assumption they would help us arrange for delivery. That is where this place falls very short. Since they do not offer delivery service, they provide "recommended" third party delivery. Sadly their highly recommended delivery company can't deliver on the days the store is actually open (which is only 4 days Thursday - Sunday). However the sales staff lead you to believe the delivery service is available same or next day. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Three weeks after our puchase, their highly recommended delivery person could not deliver and did not return our phone calls. So if you don't have a truck and the ability to move large furniture yourself, then don't even bother with this outfit.

After speaking with their customer service, they tell you this is how they keep prices low. Well we found that to be false also. An online company had the exact same living room set $600 cheaper WITH free delivery. Just look at the reviews of their full service stores and see for yourself, this is a flimsy company with poor service and pricing. Trust me, don't waste your time.

Prices are GREAT! Selection is large and the sales folks are wonderful. We used to go to High Point to but factory priced furniture, but, no longer will have to make the trek. Grand Home Furnishings Outlet at Smith Mountain Lake (Westlake area) is the best place to shop.
