Very professional, spacious well-lit salon. I got a pretty gel manicure in and out in 45 minutes. Prices ok. Owner hovers. Love the calming background piped in music.

If you expect even decent customer service, stay clear of Grace Nails in Wethersfield. I don't leave a lot of reviews. I only leave reviews if I receive excellent service or really poor service. This is the latter. Today was the second time that I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told that I didn't have an appointment, that it was for the week before, and that I had the technician waiting. Now, I know when I made the appointment for (for Mother's Day), and promptly put it in my calendar. I was looking forward to the appointment because not only was it my Mother's Day treat, but I have a very special week ahead. The owner (I assume she's the owner or manager because she's always very curt and gives off this "I'm-here-to-collect-the-money-only" vibe) didn't apologize, didn't say anything to even take some responsibility for HER mistake. Instead, she just told me that it was my mistake, that my appointment was for the week before, and that there was no availability. Trust me, I'm making her sound more pleasant than she actually was in the interaction. Please understand, I'm not one of those customers who complains, makes people re-do minor mistakes, or acts like I'm above the people who are doing something for me. I also tip my technicians well. I feel a little wimpy because I said "It's okay," and walked out of the place. I didn't make a scene or even say, "but this was your mistake." I should have said something more, especially since I've been going there for a few years, but I'm writing this instead. I will NEVER set foot in the nail shop again - there are just too many other places. I was a loyal customer, but have treated like crap by this woman in two occasions now - there won't be a third. Too bad, I liked my tech, but as I said, I'll take my hard-earned dollars elsewhere. If good customer service is important to you and part of what should be a relaxing, enjoyable experience, avoid Grace Nails. On a high note, I was able to walk-in to another shop in town and get a fantastic mani/pedi without an appointment I made a week ago. I'll be coming here from now on.

Every time I go to Grace Nails I'm blown away! I've never left feeling meh about my nails, I'm always in love! My favorite nail place by far!

LOVE GRACE. They do an impeccable job. All the manicurist are great, all take their time, all are so precise and meticulous with shaping, cleaning up edges, filing down. I can fall asleep and let them do their job. & all manicures and pedicures always last a decent amount of time- no chipping or lifting. Flawless mani and pedi, I'll be back from Boston soon enough for my next.

Huge nail color selection for all types of mani- regular, gel, dip.

I loved this place for a while. Then I went in I've day after calling and making a reservation action for a manicure abd pedicure. I completely forgot to tell her I needed a 10 minute massage with the pedicure and she had a hissy fit. The mail tech was about to do it but checked with owner and the owner said there was no way she could do a 10 minute massage that she didn't have time. I always tip over and above and I was shocked because it was a weekday and the place was virtually empty. After Jack left and moved to China the place has give down hill. The nail techs don't seem happy there.

Love this place. Since the first time I tried this place a year ago, I have tried other places but keep coming back to Grace. Excellent service, great selection of polishes and the most important thing is my pedicures still look fabulous a month later when I come in for another one!

I went here today basically a walk in as I called minutes before arriving. The place was nicely laid out and the staff was friendly. I got a gel nail fill and a gel pedicure. I have to say my nails are by far my favorite I've had so far. Lily did them, I highly recommend this salon! I will be going back

Clean and meticulous with decent prices. $15 for a regular manicure and the polish lasted almost 10 days! i will be back :)

Really disappointed I have been here several times never had a problem. To my understanding walk ins are really not welcome. So I called Tuesday and made an appt for today at 5pm. So I get there and a one of the Techs greeted me had me pick a gel color (sarcastic) as hell. I was just tired and didn't want to deal with so they bring me to the back sat me down to then move me to another seat. Little I knew it was to seat two customer the came in after me I look at the time it was now 5:14 so I then got up and left. And I'm a BIG tipper. Oh well my money is good else where.
