Golden Griddle Family Restaurant

Well I can't say I'm surprised, mediocre food. Service was on par with the bland food. Prices were all over the place, but really $6.99 for frozen homefries?

With so many wonderful brunch restaurants in the city, avoid this one.

Lately my husband and I have been trying different restaurants for Sunday breakfast. Unfortunately, the Golden Griddle was close to the bottom of our list. Why unfortunately? Because it was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although we both ordered the buffet you are not limited to what is on the hotplates. On buffet the eggs were scrambled but I was able to order fresh over medium from the kitchen. Also, being gluten intolerant I am usually limited to what I can eat. I was really surprised to find out that they will make you fresh buckwheat pancakes included in the buffet price. They also offer turkey bacon for people that prefer not to eat pork.
I was so impressed that we will be returning often. The selection was fantastic from fruit, to cakes, to desserts, to crepes, to eggs Benedict, to full breakfast items all for $15.99. You just can't beat it.

Close to home so we pop in every once in a while. Not the fastest service, but typically friendly and accommodating to substitutions and special request. Broad menu of homestyle favorites and all day breakfast, with a breakfast buffet on Sundays. Very popular because yummy.

Went there for the first time today. Fantastic service, excellent breakfast food, and awesome environment. I'm 100% coming back here in the future. Please try their French toast. It's delicious! Also their stewed apples are scrumptious.

Went there a few weeks ago for breakfast, and it was a pleasant experience.

The food was all right and reasonably priced. The place was very quiet which allowed myself and the four people I was with the ability to talk and mingle hassle free.

Service was decent and I might go there for breakfast again soon!

One of our favourite places for breakfast or lunch. The food is good and served quickly. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
