The sign on attracted us to Fresh Cafe and it was worth checking out! Great coffee, relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. They even offered us a sample of one of their menu items. Lovely place, if you're in the area I definitely recommend checking it out.

My husband and I stopped by here today for a quick coffee and a snack. I was intrigued because they use my favourite coffee, Discovery Coffee and my husband wanted a smoothie. He had the the number 1 which had avocado, carrot, apple etc and liked it a lot. I had an iced Americano which was smooth and delicious. I also had the epic bar which had seeds and nuts and Nutella. It was sweet which my husband liked, I prefers less sweet but it was very flavourful. I will definitely be back because their food menu looks good and I want to try the Buddha bowl. I like that they have very fresh and healthy options and the atmosphere is really inviting.

I work close by with several cafes slightly closer, but I'll always opt for Fresh. Locally owned and run by Greg, If you go it's likely you'll be met by statuesque beauty Alexis who works the two group Synesco, pulling shots from Discovery beans.
The fact that they are very serious about the quality of the coffee they serve is obvious at first sip. The variety of loose teas is good. Their salads, paninis, wraps and sandwiches are really good, the sweet rolls and cookies are fantastic. I tend to buy a breakfast wrap or indulge once in a while (special on Tuesday or Thursday) in a pulled pork sandwich. I'm not so into their soups, which tend to strange albeit flavourful combinations (peanut and squash, etc.), but a number of coworkers really rave about them.
The prices are quite competitive and portions generous. They have a loyalty card program --I leave my in the card case by the till so I won't forget --a free coffee every so often is a treat.
Open on work/weekdays, pretty much their sole customer base is the local offices of businesses int he area. They don't take that for granted like some I could mention (hello Sol Foods).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Bruce C.Victoria, BC4304Nov 1, 2016
Decent place, but because it's small, it becomes very crowded and noisy right about 10am, peak coffee break time. If you come here at an off-time, the coffee and food are pretty good. The soups and salads are tasty as well. Free WiFi too.

One of those great little easy-to-miss places that I'm glad I found. While in Victoria and working in the neighborhood was told about Fresh Cafe by a co-worker. There is nothing fancy, but wonderful sandwiches and soups, and generous size portions.

I stopped by this little hidden gem today for the first time. The veggie sandwich was great and they really know how to make an americano. If you are looking for a quick and healthy lunch I highly suggest you check this place out.
