I spent several hours coordinating the delivery and assembly details with a their team and after getting all set up I asked for confirmation on the date and hour that the work was coordinated for and I never got a response from them. I had to cancel my ikea order and re-do the whole process. Not reliable!!!

Communication with Marc and this company was always an issue. The assembly was rather complex and I thought they were in over their head. Not only did they leave without completing the job - they left the closets in a hazardous condition. I have children and the closet frames were not attached to the walls as per the manufacturers specifications.

I had to have another vendor come out who told me that the install was incorrectly done. If you have a piece of two they may be ok to deal with. Anything more complex I suggest you hire a professional who understands the install.

It was unfortunate because I had read the previous reviews and trusted them to compete the task in a safe manner with tj the quoted price.

We worked recently with Flatpack to assemble our new dining table, and their services have been way beyond our expectation. Not only are they professional and extremely knowledgeable, but they are very thoughtful and meticulous when performing their services and due diligence. They carefully examined the original package of the dining table and very quickly identified a defection caused by shipping, and followed up on the same day with a thorough damage report which helped us get a replacement from the original manufacture. We are very grateful for the help they provide to deliver the utmost satisfaction.

5 stars for Dave! I moved in to a new apartment and had 3 pieces of furniture I needed assembled, including an IKEA Hemnes dresser that is infamously complicated to put together. Marc responded promptly to my emails and helped me set something up within just a few days. Dave arrived on time and was so friendly and efficient. He set up his gear and got to work. When it came to the last piece of furniture it turned out there was a piece missing, so they quickly deducted it from my original quote. I would definitely have Dave back to help with furniture assembly!

They were prompt, professional, and personable at the same time. I waited 3-4 weeks before I wrote this because I wanted to verify the job was done well. It was. 400lb of Murphy bed was assembled in less than a day. They hustled big time. No issues or concerns. Would hire them again anytime.

Such a smooth and easy process. I had four different items for assembly. Tre arrived on time (despite a text saying he may be 10 minutes late after getting held up at a previous job) and was professional and friendly. He placed the items where I wanted and cleaned up all of the packaging, etc before leaving. All of the pieces look great and are holding up to regular/everyday use (about 3 weeks of use now). The booking process was super easy and the price good. I just sent links to the items I wanted assembled and received an estimate within minutes. I will definitely use their services again.

Beware of this service!! We hired them to install a murphy bed and were promised (by Dave) they would return to properly tension the bed. We paid a great deal of money and in cash (our mistake). While they installed the frame, the bed is unusable and is a hazard for our household since the tension is too high. We have tried every method of contacting them for the past 6 weeks and they have ignored our calls and emails. We now need to hire a second service in order to fix it.

I'm so glad that I waited for Flatpack to do my furniture assembly. Dave did an excellent job! A true professional with attention to every detail. I will definitely call them again!

Flatpack helped us build my 8 month old's crib after we moved. The quality of work could not have been better. Not to mention, they were very quick to respond to my request and set up an appointment for 2 days later -- a super quick turnaround! Great pricing, too. We will definitely be using them again for additional furniture.
