Five Star Pizza

Great pizza custom made. Very friendly and always smiling staff! They can make custom orders and are always willing to fulfill any request. One friend ordered a renal (kidney) friendly pizza from them. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys

I've always had a positive experience at this place. Convenient to home, good flavors and helpful staff. There's a second location in SJ and I ordered there by error, they called, explained the mistake and were able to accommodate my order.

Very disappointed, order through an appt called slice around 9 pm, they confirmed and the ETA was 9:56 to 10pm. I got my order at 10:30 and the food was cold because they closed the store and then made the fucking delivery.

Now then can't refund me the sauce I ordered and didn't received plus the fucking cold food I got.
Called the restaurant to ask why they didn't resolved the problem and they hung up on me!!! Rude, nonprofessional plus assholes

Honestly pretty good pizza, got takeout so not the buffet experience. It's cool that there's a buffet though - I know pizza buffets exist but not something we see in Seattle. If the pizza at the buffet is as good as the pizza I got, this could easily be 5 stars but not sure I'll find out.

Chicken Club - crispy and crunchy, the perfect texture not too soggy, soft, or hard. A small pizza is a bit bigger than a personal pizza, filled me up pretty well. Solid topping portions, they didn't skimp. Chicken was a bit dry but the tomato added enough water to each bite and holistically, each bite was just right. On it's own, the chicken might not be as good.

Wow, worst ever. I came on a Tuesday night at 6. Not busy. Ordered a mini cheese pizza. Took 20 minutes to make it. I looked at the kitchen and the employees were literally sitting on the ground on their phones. Don't go here!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I just got off the phone trying to make an order with this restaurant. I changed up a few things and asked lots of questions but I want to be sure I am getting what I ordered. As we were about to conclude the order, the person taking the order YELLED AT ME. This is so unprofessional! If you are having a bad day at work or if you are not being heard very well, you need to slow down and take a breather. This is not the first time I have experienced this service. I have them a decent review on Yelp in hopes it would help support this local business but this is just out of control. If you have read this far DO NOT BUY YOUR PIZZA OR ANYTHING from this establishment until they have been properly trained to talk to customers. It was hard to hear the gentleman who was already speaking way too fast with a heavy accent to match but I wanted to order. I will no longer bring my business here and you should really consider how you talk to people.

Wow. Just, wow. We placed a large order on their website. We wanted their largest plain cheese pizza and some sides. Their order form refused to let us proceed without selecting "exactly 1" topping, and Cheese wasn't an option, so we picked ham and moved on. We placed the order, received a confirmation email, and our card was charged immediately. We then tried to call them to explain that we just wanted a plain cheese pizza without the ham, and they had no idea what we were talking about. They actually hung up on us because they couldn't understand what we were asking. We called back, but as soon as they figured out it was us again, they just hung up. Rude, but since there's no way to cancel the order through their website, I decided to just drive over there to work this out. I handed him a printout of our order and tried to explain the situation. He said there was no order. I asked him to cancel the order and refund the card transaction, but he refused. He said we didn't place an order with them, we placed it with Beyond Menu, some third party company their website uses. I explained "It's your website!" and he said no. When I got home I figured out how to get in touch with Beyond Menu and asked them to cancel the order. Still waiting for my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!!

p.s. I met the owner when he first opened and I used to eat here a lot. He hasn't been around the last several times I've been in, and it seems he hired rude morons to run it into the ground. Such a shame, this place was great under the owner's direct management. We won't be back after this though.

Karan is the best! Every time we're in town we stop here for dinner. Their pizza truly is 5 star! Always a warm welcome when we walk in

Ridiculous service. I order a Philly cheesesteak but when I ask for it the cashier was really confused! He asked another co worker and the outcome was the same. Luckily the cook knew what I was talking about.

After paying and giving them a tip, the cashier wanted cash for tip and was really persistent on it. Very unprofessional.

I'd give a 0 stars but gave a 2 stars Only because the cook knew what to cook and tasted pretty good.
