When I purchased the Mercedes I knew it was a super special prize.
One of a rare few this 2004 SL-500 S, is a western Canadian one owner special order, sporting Brabus monoblock strides and having only 8000 original miles.
We needed someone to look after this beauty with total conviction !!
After long and mostly ho-hum research of the local OEM dealers and aftermarket service shops touting Mercedes service I was disappointed and thoroughly discouraged with what seemed like consistent and almost total distain for the paying customer.
Finally, and off the cuff on a hunch, I phoned Eurotekk, and Alin just happened to answer.Being a retired technician myself, I immediately recognized the voice of a true professional tradesman. We spoke at great length swapping stories,and about how I wanted my Mercedes serviced and how attention to detail and the conviction to getting the results right the first time were all important to me. Later in the week I delivered the car to Eurotekk, with the comfortable feeling it was in good hands.
Alin came to the plate with a home run!
I have no reason now to look elsewhere.
Alin took care of sorting out some minor electrical issues resultant from the years of sitting, upgraded the engine oil to synthetic 5w-40 Nano Tech, and gave my prize sports car the TLC one would come to expect in this class of vehicle.He took great care appreciating the as new appearance of the car, and helped me feel more comfortable handling the almost overwhelming array of creature comfort gadgets and electronic safety features in this Mercedes.
Alin is a true old school tradesman,and as a business owner,understands and practices the real business of customer satisfaction.
The Mercedes performs like it should and there is little doubt that Alin made that happen.

We Bought our BMW X5 about 2 years ago (I believe) and we got it from a private sale. Shortly after we purchased the vehicle we felt something was wrong . We took it to the BMW dealership and had it inspected for the problems . After the inspection the amount we needed to have the repair done at the dealership was substantial so we called around to find out if we can get a better deal to have our car repaired and thats when i come across Eurotekk and spoke with Alin (the owner) . From the get go i already know that i can trust him because he spent time talking to me answering all my questions about the vehicle and giving me advice on what to do eventhough we havent even seen eachother yet.
