I've been coming here for a few years now. I've never, not once, had a bad experience! From booking on the app to pre-booking my next appointment with the front desk team, it's always been super simple.
The location is spotless - from the moment you walk in the door. The wax rooms are very well kept. Personally, I've only worked with Dani and Nicole, but both have been nothing but wonderfully professional. They do a great job on all my wax services and keep me coming back.

EWC is doing a great job at taking the necessary precautions during COVID. I had Elizabeth do my wax and she was phenomenal! She was fast, and made it as painless as it could be! I highly recommend Elizabeth and this location.

I'm from another state and will certainly travel back to Wycoff for an appointment with Danielle! Her technique is quick and painless, and a lovely personality. The room was clean and I felt very safe. Highly recommend!

I just visited EWC in Wyckoff for a brow wax. It was my second visit. I cannot sing their praises enough. The entire process, from check in to the service itself to check out, is well organized and accommodating. The facility is spotless and sanitary. Danielle worked her magic on my brows. She is AMAZING! She explains everything she is doing and thoroughly answers any questions that may arise. She loves what she does and it shows! Since I had never been there before, she explained all of the precautions EWC is taking to ensure the safety and comfort for the clients, as well as the staff. She actually said that these steps were always in place, even before the pandemic.

It's really a joyful experience and I highly recommend it! Thank you, EWC Wyckoff! I look forward to my next visit!

Totally impressed ! This my first time having my brows waxed in 10 years .. I normally thread but my usual place closed down. I thought I'd try waxing again and I booked with Tiffany for a complimentary brow wax for first timers . I was very nervous cause I'm sensitive to wax and I have had bad experiences in the past but she walked me through everything and consulted with me on what I wanted ... loved the results !!!!

Have used wyckoff, nj. Facility clean happy with services. The wax definitely makes a difference. I feel it doesn't hurt as much.

Always clean and punctual. Every technician is wonderful and I've never had a bad experience. The app makes it easy to schedule and reschedule appointments and the packages are a great deal!

My first and last time here. I was a few minutes late, but the 2nd thing the receptionist said, after this is your first time here? was we have a 9 minute late policy. For the record. I wasn't even 5 minutes late, but I'm clear on the future punishment! Then, with other people in the waiting area, she asked what medications I was taking...because that's information I'd want to share publicly. When I got into the treatment room, it was a non stop sell of products. So much so that even though I confirmed to the aesthetician that I kept a narrow strip of hair (I was getting a Brazilian bikini wax), she proceeded to completely ignore that direction and removed it all. And then in case I hadn't gotten the full sell in the room, I got more at the desk on the way out. The only saving grace was that it was my first visit so it was 50% off. Terrible.

Update: I did speak with the manager and appreciate her attention to my experience. Hopefully, this will not be others' experience in the future.
