So, I have been going to gyms regularly for more than 15 years. LA Fitness, Mountainside, Vasa, smaller gyms. I have some experience.

This is a good gym. Clean, not too crowded, everything works, no maintenance issues. Staffed by adults, not teenagers, friendly.

I recommend. Good value for the money.

My experience going to the gym at this location has been totally normal and staff at the front desk are always polite. However, when we decided to cancel the lady who does the cancellation was incredibly rude and made it as difficult as possible to cancel. My only advice is to stay firm on your decision. They do have the ability to cancel on the spot, but will give you the run around and say they'll send you an email and have you send something via mail (which is so completely unnecessary and shady to do to people)

Anyways be wary before signing up here because I understand gyms don't make it easy for you to cancel, but for the person to be that rude is not necessary and completely unprofessional.

If I could give this gym zero stars I would.
This gym is not welcoming to kids with autism. I personally had a horrible experience here, with there kids club. I would Recommend parents to stay away !! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE
Their management seems to not care, and their customer service sucks.

Esporta is a GREAT disappointment I have only been there a couple of months and they have shown me that they do not care about there customers and I was even told by one of their customer service reps that their boss does not appreciate calls from PAYING customers they really deserve NO stars

Esporta, on Dobson and Warner, has THE worse customer service female. she works Saturday morning (opening the gym):
1. continuously late, 15-20 minutes opening the gym in the morning.
2. You see crowd waiting for continously outside.
3. Several customers just drive away
4. when asked about her behavior she gets mouthy, states her boss "Bill" let's her be late. She uses a foul attitude, demeanor and verbiage against customers.
SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!
She often very late.
DO NOT go there. You pay your money for a front person to be very disrespectful.

You're wasting your time paying your money there.

This place looks big from the outside. But going inside it's small. The cardio machines are in the center and the weights machine and free weights wrap around the cardio area. One thing I like about this place is it's well-lit up and feels roomy. If you like a variety of machines this is not the place they have a limited selection. Have a good workout ‍

Very disappointed with staff . I have been complaining about the water fountain in steam room sauna area for over a month still out of service. You would think water in the steam room sauna area would be top priority so people won't dehydrate but obviously no one cares .

Watch for hidden fees when you sign up. They don't honor adding members to existing memberships at the same rate. They can't seem to hire personal trainers, so if you have any hope of having even 1 session with a personal trainer, much less a regular session with them, good luck. Customer service doesn't care about any of these issues, just that you know that you are going to pay what you signed up for come hell or high water, whether they have the services you are looking for, pools closed, equipment down, etc.

Pros ...The cleaning crew does a great job.

Cons... The parking area is a mess...un-trimmed bushes...the asphalt is full of holes.
Broken glass is often seen in the parking lot from vehicle windows.
Lockers have been broken into many times.
Lockers are not monitored, and locks are left on for extended periods.
Members leave duffle bags and backpacks in workout areas.....saftey issue
Members blasting boom boxes.
Today I was working out and two guys started throwing blows at each other.
I have been a member for many years... I have concerns everyday about the safety of my vehicle...I quit using the lockers because I continued to hear about break-ins.
Time to find a new gym.
