I had the opportunity to Use Epic Roofing in Feb 2015 after a severe hailstorm damaged a whole neighborhood of houses in Airdrie. Epic roofing took care of all the repairs to the damaged windows, roofing and siding. I found Tyson Toth and Aaron Tombe a true pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process.

Years later in spring of 2021 a windstorm blew off some of the siding and the fascia. One phone call to their Service project Coordinator, Allison Hillaby is all it took to get some action.

They held to their guarantee and workmanship from six years ago with absolutely no qualms or resistance. Therefore, I am happy to post a review and understand why they have such great online presence. If I could give them a 7 out of 5 stars, I would!

These guys are pros. They arrived on the date they promised and set up fast. They stripped the roof in no time. The new roof, eves troughs and drain pipes were in quickly. They informed us of there progress all the way (was not long).
We hardly noticed them on the property and JUST LIKE THAT ... they were in and out with no trace except the shiny new roof.
Very rarely have we had such an amazing experience with any company.
We truly appreciate their expertise. We are very busy and appreciated that they know their job and do not require supervision and the results are unbelievable.

Watch out for post installation support. Very helpful when they were under contract to an insurance company, but literally fall off the edge of the earth on post installation service.

An Epic installed roof (less than 2 years old) at my parents place in Olds Alberta had wind damage from a recent storm. Several calls to come out and have the roof looked at were deferred and then all calls ignored. As a result my 80 year old parents felt obliged to go up on the roof and handle it themselves. While that was an awful idea on their part, it doesn't relieve the installer of the responsibility of warrantying their work. Especially when it was discovered that the "wind damage" was a result of terrible installation work in the first place. Not at all happy about this.

Epic roofing was there when I needed them. Especially after having a horrible experience with a previous roofing company in Calgary, Epic was there to help me. They completed the job in a quick and timely manner, never were demeaning or condescending. They offered different options and were super professional about it all. Thank you Epic!

I was paired with Epic by TD Insurance to repair some damage to our roof. We ended up needed a new roof. Epic was really organized and great to deal with at every stage of the process. I've never had a roof replaced before, but I wasn't left with any problems or issues and everything made sense.
