Absolutley Terrible. DO NOT BOOK with enterprise from the Kamloops Airport. I made a reservation for an 4x4 SUV a week before my trip to Kamloops online. Then I called in to confirm my vehicle rental for a 4x4 with winter tires, they said there was no problem. When I arrived in Kamloops the guy at the counter was leaving. So I showed him my reservation and he says "I'm done all my reservations for the day". I said but I have a reservation! So I ask him to look my reservation code up, which he does then he says, "yea I see you reservation here but we actually don't have a car for you, sorry". I was so caught off guard. I had a work trip out of town during December and was left stranded. Just terrible.

ZERO STARS! We were in a horrible car accident on the highway yesterday and this awful business (whom we spoke with on the phone after the accident to replace our car) WILL NOT get us a new car. We've now been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and no one will help us. We're stranded. I will NEVER be using Enterprise again after this traumatic and horrific experience. Thanks for nothing!
