While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's commitment to fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. Wow.. service is like zero here. Management pretty much sucks. I ordered online for 12pm. Got here early at 1145 and.. 1. Was told mobile orders need to come in.. not go through the drive through. Got to the window and was told there us nothing for us.. I showed the order on my app and was told there is nothing at the store and basically sorry so sad. I left.. good thing it was a free taco from tmobile tuesday.. will NEVER come to this location EVER.

Yo. There's a line up of vehicles in the drive through...been waiting in line for what will be half an hour in 2 minutes...
Edit: you guys are taking 4-5 min per car at the window and not even taking orders for 2-3 min at the mic, the guy behind me waited over 3 min. Understaffed? This has been happening more frequently. It's now been 31 min.

I'm so glad these guys always have a solid staff. All the employees know what to sure doing. They always have chicken cuz I've been to a few location where they either close early or run out of chicken. This location has never messed up my order. Although they never have my favorite salsa Roja I still appreciate them for always having my order correct and never getting bad service

I would put 0 stars if I could.. waiting 18 minutes to get to the cashier and order .. I understand people using coupons to eat free sht but come on !! I know who was in charge , the cashier no experience... be nice with costumers , literally they send me to mcdonalds because they said is faster ... i asked for the manager, Angelica is the name , no last name , they said they don't know her ..

I come to this location always that's why I can't believe what happen to me I use the app and coupons for savings but when I order last I got a mixed chicken with sides but they have always show my order to me which this time they didn't which I thought was weird I was embarrassed to ask so I took my take out order and left when I got home they gave me three wings out of my eight pieces I paid $23 or more for wings really !! Bad now when I go I will feel uncomfortable like I have to inspect my order to be correct Please just be honest give us what we paid for why didn't they give me three breast NEVER!!

Time Stamp: (11/4/19) at around 530pm.
Location/Parking: Located on the SW corner of Las Tunas Dr. and Baldwin Ave.. Decent amount of parking can be found.
Customer Service: If you like customer service that is exponentially bad? You should definitely come here if you answered yes.
Let me elaborate.
1) We told the manager, supervisor, and the staffer behind the register that we were willing to wait 15 minutes or longer for a fresh 16 piece chicken. You guys even said that it was fine and that it would be considered a special request.
In a matter of 5 minutes, you guys brought out our chicken. I am sure it wasn't the fresh ones, because it wasn't 15 minutes and the chicken looked liked the burnt and dry ones that we pointed out to y'all. You guys insisted that it was fresh, but that is not true.

By far the worst pollo loco i have ever been to. Their $5 combos are now $8
I asked for an extra dressing for my salad and they wanted .65 cents what a joke. None of the other pollo
Locos have ever charged extra for dressing. Not to mention the other pollo

When seeing this and I know I have to eat this why would they put it in a bag and no container this is just wrong and they did not have any gloves on at all...I really don't know if I want to even go back

Had a bad experience ordered tacos and they had parsley instead of cilantro and the lady at the drive through window was so rude she kept insisting it was cilantro as she held the bag up and demanded I agree with her that it was cilantro. This Pollo Loco was better before but it's run down now. I also ordered a chicken soup and it came in a bad with liquid all over the inside of the bad where I got burned cause they are sloppy and do not care about customer safety.
