I order a tostada and chips and guacamole. The food was great . Everyone was friendly. The restaurant was clean .

I was at this location today and order a chicken tostada . The food was fresh and delicious. The cashier was friendly . I like to go to this place because is clean .

The staff is always very professional. Also, all the food is fresh every time. They don't skimp on the portions as other locations seem to lately. This is the best Pollo Loco in the Valley and L.A. hands down.

I had 2 crunchy tacos . The place was clean. I received my order fast . Everyone is friendly. Thank you .

My El pollo Loco location has closed so I was at the mall and craving their food so I decided to stop by this location to grab some food to go.

No outdoor area for dinning. Inside, the place could be cleaner. I got my 4 chicken combo with sides, tortillas. Had to ask for salsas. They are stingy with it. They need to bring their salsa bar back! That was the fun, or part of the fun of getting food here. No more lime or lemon slices either.

Food is OK, service could be better. Hope they will get back to normal! Soon!

The shrimp tacos was delicious . The restaurant was clean , the restroom was well stocked and Lesby was helpful.

Nasty, absolutely horrible food. I went for lunch today at 1:30 PM and they served me old reheated chicken from last night.

Unfortunately, I did not open my food until I was already on the 5 fwy going south. Otherwise, I would take it back for a refund.

I would truly like to give this place a 2.5 outta 5. Bare with me, we got some things to talk about. Let's start with the hood part, my meal. Came here for the Birria quesadilla..... I was a little skeptical about it only because I've had GREAT birria... But it was a pleasant surprise. Flavorful with jus the right spices and I enjoyed the cheese to meat ratio. Meat was tender and shredded perfectly. I had to add extra onions and some lemon to the consomé and it was an instant hit after that. Now for the downfall, in my option this place was exceptional and known for because of their salsa bar and self served offerings. So to see that it's been years after pandemic and they still can't bring it back -- highly disappointing as a consumer. I'm an extras typa person.... I love sauces and the works on alllllll my meals. So when I have to ask for extra mild sauce, pico, cilantro, onions etc, up at the front not only do they skimp you, but you just automatically feel greedy for asking. Not to mention they no longer carry lemons/limes. How you gon try to tell sell this Mexican food and ain't got the main ingredient???? A disgrace. But that's my rant for the day. Do better Pollo Loco, I'm rooting for ya.

Fantastic food( eat 4x a week) all the workers are friendly and very efficient. The manager runs a tight ship(Dora) great staff too many to name . Foot is fresh and health. When friends visit out of state Ellpollo loco is on the list of " must eat" !
