Mirrissa N.Kitchener, ON043Sep 4, 2021MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. It took an hour (basically) for my girlfriend n her friend to get pedis and my nails I had to take a break to care for my kiddo. But good staff. Expensive but great.

I had a pretty decent first time getting acrylics here. The salon is bright, clean, and easy to find. Many of the ladies who work there are nice. My nail tech was a little rough but at this point I blame myself for not really knowing where to put my hands because I have never done this before.
The tech gave me exactly what I wanted: medium-long, almond shaped, bubblegum pink nails.
I have had them on for a day and I am getting used to the feel. They are not flimsy and they were applied properly.

The saving grace for this place is Cindy. I would come back, only if I had Cindy. I got a gel manicure and hope for it to last longer than last time I was here.

Once I was seated and had my manicure the manicurist was rough and she shook my hand around aggressively. She plopped the water dish down (for soaking my hand) so rough that she spilled water on my phone. She didn't notice because she didn't care. The quality of the manicure was not impressive by any means. I had to request the manicurist to remove all the sloppy nail polish around my nails with nail polish remover. Once she removed the polish on my fingers the manicure looked nice but it's been 3 days and the polish has already chipped. I would not return here.
Kim M.Kitchener, ON02Jan 31, 2016I go here every 3 weeks and the ladies who work here are very sweet. The main lady, Vanessa, has the place very organized and has it running very smoothly. Just because they speak a different language does not make them rude.

The staff is so friendly. I left with really classy nails that didn't break the bank and I felt like I was really taken care of.

This was the best pedicure I've ever gotten! I left feeling like my feet were brand new, like I was walking on a cloud. The French mani with shellac was also amazing - stayed on with no damage for weeks (even as I worked a very hands-on labour job).

From the moment I walked in I felt rushed and like they didn't care about what I actually wanted. They were extremely rough and my fingers were actually sore afterwards. The polish was poorly applied and didn't last long at all. While they are inexpensive, you're definitely getting what you pay for. Will not return.
