First allow me to say that my 2 Star rating doesn't have much to do with the food. Its just as good and consistent as any other Dominos chain I've eaten at. It's more of a reflection on my customer experiences. Sub par. I found them to be dismissive and even argumentative at times.
Example.
A friend of mine ordered food from here. I arrive at his house the same time his food did. It inspired me to order my own lunch. I called, placed the same order my friend did and the employee argued with me that said coupon deal did not exist. I then overheard another employee in the background correcting them. At this point the one I was speaking with said she could "make an exception this time".
I understand the stresses that come along with working with the public in customer service positions. People can be real pains. I try to be at the very least pleasant to people in public, but on the phone here I get grief and in person I do as well. 2 or 3 times I've physically gone in to place my order, been the only customer in the place and had to stand there for a fairly long time given the situation while I watch a cluster of employees behind the counter circled around laughing like they're hanging out in somebody's living room. It's just frustrating.

Lousy food. Ordered hot wings. I figured it would be kind of hard to screw that up, but they did. got 40 hot wings looks like they put cold chicken in a pizza box and poured a tiny bit of hot sauce over the top. Not enough to cover even half of the chicken. the employees were extremely rude.

Never hot, never any toppings. Customer service very bad . Done with ordering pizza . Over priced and pizza is the worst .

Great food, but I've been waiting nearly 3 hours for my order, and it JUST left the restaurant. Cheesy bread and a pasta. That's it. I'm beyond mad. I was hungry at 430 and now it's 730 and I'm still fucking starving

Was worried when the pizza meter said my pizza was delivered, but it really wasn't. I called the store and turns out, I put in the wrong address when ordering online. They still remade my pizza even though it was my fault and had it delivered to my house quicker than ever. Really appreciate their customer service, even when I messed up.

Ordered delivery and it took over 3 hours for it to get delivered. Food was cold, and at that point I wasn't even hungry anymore and it was too late to eat.

My order took over 3 hours before I finally canceled it. The girl on the phone was rude and continuously lied about the status and timing of our order. Said it would be 45 minutes, an hour later we called again and they said another 30-45. Another hour they said it was leaving in 10. 30 minutes later called again and they said the driver had just left 6 minutes before, yet we never heard anything for another 30 minutes at least. We finally had to cancel it because we waited up until 5 am for this food that never showed up. We ordered it to UMaine so it's not even an 8 minute drive it's not that hard. Honestly worst service and delivery i've ever experienced. Actually crazy how this whole store is not a messed up joke. Don't order if you actually want food and not just weak attitude from the staff. We're starving thank you so much you're the worst.

I am extremely unhappy with the customer service. I called and placed an order for delivery, they confirmed my name after I gave my phone number.... that was it, they took my order and said wait time. 34 minutes. I was watching a movie awaiting my pizza, when I saw a text saying the pizza delivery was outside my house. They were not. 51 minutes after ordering I called to find out were my pizza was. They had the wrong ADDRESS! Don't you think that would be a key thing to confirm at time of placing the order?!?!?! There are 3 other pizza places in town, and I will be ordering from them next time.

I ordered through their app and was ripped off I called the store to try to resolve it and when I was getting nowhere with the idiot I was speaking to I asked to speak to a manager and very rudely said that's me while she was laughing!! Never again!!
