Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza for delivery it was to be a hand tossed meatzza with jalapeño with light sauce .
It was delivered very quickly thank you delivery staff.... However it is a thin crust with tons of sauce not even close to as ordered and it wasn't well done as requested. Moral of th story out of town and it's not your regular store verify items at delivery

I saw the average review was fairly low but I thought I would take a chance anyway, and it was much worse than I thought it could be. The order arrived way earlier than I thought it would. (Thank you?) But weirdly the pizzas were lukewarm and they forgot my order of tots. The driver was nice enough to say she would go back and get them. But when they arrived back obviously they were cold because apparently they were sitting back at the shop the whole time not under any heat. Anyway I'm not ordering here any more. I'll go with Papa Johns or Little Caesars from now on. Dominos is a continuous disappointment.

I called in for 2 large pizzas. Then went to the location to pick them up. Before leaving I open the boxes and 1 pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor. The other one was burnt. I asked if they would remake the pizzas and shift manager Dustin told me that the burnt pizza looked fine, and he would be willing to remake the other. I expressed to Dustin that that was unacceptable and both pizzas needed to be remade and he refused. I asked for a full refund and had to wait another 15 minutes before Dustin came back to the registers to refund me for the order. I would not recommend this location.

If I could rate 0, I would. Recently ate at this location. Not sure what happened, we ordered pizza, parmesan bites, and pasta. The parm bites were fine but the pizza and pasta made us super ill. Idk if it was bc it was overly greasy. But the pasta dish absolutely sucked. You can only add 2 toppings. It was dry and disappointing. This was our 2nd time at this location and we will not come back.

So over this restaurant not being able to deliver for an hour and a half and when asked that the pizza at least be hot when it is delivered, it took a full minute to get a yes to that question. Lastly, when I requested the $5.99 special for the medium 2 topping pizza, I was told that they were 8 dollars each even though the website for Dunn NC states they are $5.99. So tired of false advertising... Now I am ordering from Pizza Hut in Dunn instead...

Worst experience ever. As we passed through town we ordered a pizza thin crust cheese with hot sauce. Order was delivered to hotel. Missed the hot sauce. Called they said they would send another. I saved the pizza to show we weren't trying to scan for a free pizza. After an hour no delivery. Called back and was told they forgot manager was starting it now. They deliveeed the second pizza with so much hot sauce that it was inedible. Called and complained. Was told I couldn't get my money back but he could send me a gift card to my home address. That was now 2 weeks ago. Nothing. I waited to write this to see if they rectified their mistakes and waste of my money but obviously they do not take customer service serious. I will write a review on all sites and contact the higher ups to let them know this is their horrible practice.

Was very satisfied with the service and the pizza. The management goes the extra mile to satisfy the customers and if you're not satisfied, they will make things right.

Ohh, where shall I start? Ohh dominos how I love thee.. when has thou ever done me wrong? I was on a journey to find the cure for hunger and my quest lead me to your doors. Ohh dominos, dominos my love. ''Twas you Christopher that delivered my thin crust pizza with cheddar cheese and pepperoni. So melty and gooey. Cooked to utter perfection. And my chicken.. ohhh don't get me started on thy bonesless chicken sizzling to perfection with my ranch and bbq sauce dipped to thy side. But to my cook, Tyler.. you have my heart. Oh my heart felt full and happy, and I knew my quest was fulfilled.. along with my wallet, and stomach. Thank you again dominos. I love thee forever and always, Selena.

The worst pizza in the world; I will never, ever, spend a penny @ this place again..Domino Pizza Dunn,NC....if you want poor service, bad food and cold pizza after waiting over an hour.... this is the place for you!

Everytime we've ordered pizza, there's an issue. Dominos is 11 mins from my house yet taking 3 hours too deliver. Always forgetting things we ordered sauces, correct pizza. Says they knocked on our door yet door was open the whole 3 hours, no call. Terrible service, Received OLD pizza had just cheese thrown on top with pepperoni under it then another layer of cheese. Management does not value their customers nor jobs.
