Domino's Pizza

Absolute worst delivery experience ever! Order was placed via telephone (app was out of service) and I was told 40 mins for delivery.
Two and a half hours later (yes 2.5 for pizza) I called to cancel. Upon answering they put me on hold for 20 minutes (yep, literally 20 mins on hold) and was finally told the food is on the way.
After another 30 mins (3 hours total) the driver arrived. We tossed our cold sandwiches and pizza into that trash and ordered from a local shop which delivered in 25 mins.
What a disaster this place is!! So disorganized.. a complete mess. They seriously need help!!

This location (Cliffside Park) Takes over an hour and a half for your cold pizza to arrive. They used to be fast and efficient. Customer service has declined over the past year or so. Can't really expect much from Dominos.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Encounted

My son was calling for an hour and finally went down there. They can't have a simple pizza ready and are told to stop taking orders because it will be over an hour. I can't even believe how bad their customer service is. A pizza shouldn't take over an hour!!! Only giving them one star because I have no choice!

One of the worst places i ever dealt with in my life. They are rude, unprofessional. I ordered an order on a Sunday night. The order came after almost 3 hours and it was missing a whole pie and of course cold. . So I contacted the place and then the manger told me that next time i order i will have 40$ of credit under my phone number. So i was happy that i at least have a refund. Accordingly i order after 4 days informing them that i have credit they said you have nothing i stay on hold for almost 30 mins for them to figure out the situation and they told me they will call me back and after that they never did. So i tried calling them back nobody was answering.
So im going to send an email to dominos pizza customer care.

Personally, I've never had a bad experience ordering from this Domino's. Sometimes the wait time is a little long, but my pizza never arrived cold. They've never messed up my order to this date, and I've been ordering from this location for over 10 years. The delivery guy who usually comes is very nice and I have no issues with customer service.

Then again, I usually "Order Online" so I don't have to talk to anyone and there's little chance that they can mess up my order because it's there in plain text. Maybe those of you complaining about snippy employees answering the phones should try that ~ at least you don't receive an attitude. Instead, you get a happy Bob making your pizza at the end.

(I ordered some food 10 minutes before I began writing this review, and it just came at least 5 minutes later. No issues here.)

I've ordered from here several times through online ordering and must say although it's not top quality pizza ( obviously lol), I've never had an issue with this location. Delivery is fairly quick ( and the tracker when ordering online is helpful). The delivery people I have encountered are always pleasant and my orders are always correct.

Surprised by the many low reviews for this location.

Just awful.

over 2 hours just for one pizza, rude delivery guy who claimed it "wasn't his fault."
This location just does not have it;s shit together in any way whatsoever, save yourself the headache and order from pizza corner or something.

If ONLY I COULD give 0 stars. Look at the reviews. For a reason. Ordered food- never came. I will NEVER order from dominoes again.

Staff is incompetent and rude. Food orders are often confused and they tend to give the wrong thing. The attitude was awful in general. We like dominos in general but this store is awful. I want to give zero stars but that option isn't there.

The app is great and easy to order. The tracker is great but this place is a scam. They are liars. The order said it was delivered 30 minutes after I placed the order and it wasn't!

I didn't get my food till 1 HOUR AFTER the app said my food was delivered. And, in addition to the MAJOR miscalculation, the person who answered the phone told me the order just left and will be delivered in 10 minutes. Liar. The food was delivered 30 minutes after.

This place needs new management. I'm going to complain to corporate This place makes Dominos look really really bad.
