That actually isn't bad because you drive up and just leave the car. You don't have to get in the line for that.

Unbelievable! My husband and I have been at this Dollar car rental for OVER THREE HOURS and have not gotten our car yet. This car was reserved on February 2 and it is February 26. There is no excuse for this wait or the extremely poor customer service. No apology, no explanation...just get in line to wait for your name to be called. Horrible way to start a vacation!!! FINALLY got the papers for our rental car at 3:32, after close to FOUR HOURS!!!!

Do not rent here! Pay the extra to rent from a different company!

Our flight was delayed to Denver. We waited over an hour and the shuttle never showed up. They closed at 12 midnight. We had to pay a lyft to take us to our hotel which was $75. The next day we went back to get our car to wait in a 3 hour line. They tried to sell us all these insurances including toll road. OMG never ever again dollar. All the other car rental shuttles kept coming while we freezed the night before hoping they would get us. They told us we could get $100 off our next rental, wow. YOU GUYS SUCK.

I picked this dollar rental because it was the first thing that came up. We go into the bus it was ok not super packed. When the bus drops you off there's two building one for door and the other one. We walk all the way across the parking lot and it was closed down it said to go to the first building. They could have had a sign saying they to not waste people's time. The first building looked like they never mopped the floors. They was a huge like probably about 20 people in front of me. They're so slow it's not even funny. There's only a few places to sit. It literally took 40 minutes. They just told us to go outside and pick a car. We got into a mid size small suv. We were confused how they would know what car I took. I flagged someone down and explained at the exit they scan you. Another line that took 15 minutes. When we got up there the guy who checked us out was telling my husband that he should get his life together because if he doesn't he could go to jail. I hon idea why he was speaking yo his in that manner. Overall horrible experience. I travel a lot and will never use this company. Prices aren't even cheap. Save yourself the aggravation.

We made a reservation 2 months in advance. When we showed up, their system had canceled our reservation even tho the day before traveling we received an email that said your reservation is ready for pick up. We sat in line to find all this out for 1 hour and 25 minutes. It seemed roughly 1 out of every 5 people was having trouble with their reservations. At least that's what I observed while standing in line. It was a joke.. then even tho they canceled our reservation without notifying us. They also wouldn't let us make a new one. I would recommend using one of the more big name companies. The extra money you spend is worth saving the headache

If i could give this a zero, I would. I created this reservation through priceline and paid almost $500. When i came to pick up somehow they got another $1,000? including a $500 deposit? They recommended we upgrade bc of the weather conditions in the area we were traveling, yet the tires were terrible. Zero traction. Never doing this terrible company again. Also, if you're under 25 years old, the charge is an extra $200 lol

Worst customer service. I made a reservation online and pre paid the rental car for my trip to Denver. When I arrived there was a little reminding balance that need to be paid. I took out my credit card to pay and the car rent agent told me that I needed the same card I made the reservation with to be physically in hand. I told her I lost that card and I don't have it anymore. She said I can't rent to you with out the card. Long story short I had to canceled that reservation and remake a new reservation with a different card. But the new reservation was twice the amount of my original reservation.

Poor service again at the Dollar car rental in the Denver airport. Well over 100 people in line to pick up thei car and only 3 agents working the counter. Well over an hour wait to just pick up a car! Poorly managed location.

Completely awful customer service. I wanted as 8th in line for 30m as the employees all left, saying that their shift was over. That makes sense it was about 5pm- but no other staff came out to help the ever growing line until we bitched and moaned asking for service. Once I finally go to the front I was hit with extra fees and was told I could use a debit card, but then was told wait no it has to be a credit card.
