I'm in the area for work and came upon diva nail spa and I told Valerie it's been a minute I have not had someone that could do my nails how I wanted.
And sure enough she surprised me for that I'm grateful

I was a first time customer at Diva Nails today and I got a fill. The nail tech did an amazing job, she took her time and the shape is absolutely perfect. I will be returning.

I've been coming to this salon for the last 10 years and they always do an amazing job at an affordable cost. I highly recommend the nail tech Valerie, she's been doing nails for over 25 years and is incredibly kind. My nails look even better than the photo I brought in. Thank you Valerie!

Went tgere for quite some time then one day all hell broke loose. The owner was angry and took it out on me. I have never complained and made myself available for when she would call to see if i could come early. I always rused to get there to help with her timing.
She really embarrassed me by the way she was talking to me. It wasnt my fault the nails were chipping and coming off. I didnt think gel nails did that. M
Its very difficult to talk to someone like Jenny. She can be really rude and hurtful.
Anyone that ever treats me the way she did should think twice because i will never let it happen again. She hurt my feelings!!!

I stopped going here years ago because it was often busy and the cleanliness of the tools is sometimes questionable. But I recently gave them another try. The woman who I believe is the owner did my nails, and it was a great experience. They lasted a long time and looked wonderful! But then I returned a few weeks later and had a male technician who was not the best. He didn't soak off my old no-chip polish, completely forgot to buff the nails on my right hand, massaged/lotioned my hands for maybe 10 seconds total, and then cut my skin in two places by filing the edges after the manicure was finished. And they were not at all busy that day, so there shouldn't have been a rush. I would really like to come back, but will have to request certain technicians I suppose.

I'm very surprised by all these negative reviews. That being said....make an appointment, request Lily and you won't be disappointed.

My last two no chips with Lily lasted over 4 weeks, zero chips. Probably could've gone longer but I wanted to switch out the color and because of the outgrowth.

I had such a great experience at Diva. I got a regular pedicure and a dip manicure with tips and gel overlay. Both workers who helped me did such a great job. They are so thorough and perfectionists with their work. I highly recommend them. I paid $68 before tip for both services

If I could leave zero stars I would. I called them ahead of time and asked if they could take a walk-in if I arrived in ten minutes. They said they had time. When I got there I waited for twenty minutes. Once they finally took me the technician took nearly 1.5 hours and it was the worst manicure I've ever gotten in my life. It was painful, sloppy, and looks absolutely terrible. I'm not sure how the technician managed to get pink stains on blue nails. By far the worst manicure experience I've ever had. Do not ever go here.

I usually go in for pedicures, they do a great job every time I go. I've been going to them for a few years now.

I stopped going here years ago when they installed cameras over every single station and a guy with a clipboard was walking around interrogating the technicians on what service they were doing, what time they started the service, etc. If the owners don't show their employees respect and trust and need to micromanage and overwork them and spy on them with cameras, I'm definitely not giving them my business and supporting that kind of work environment.
