Chick-fil-A

I love this location! Customer service and order times are exceptional, along with food quality. l've never had a bad experience here. My favorite (and lesser known) items to order are the chicken noodle soup, mac & cheese and cookies & cream milkshake!

This location is so hit or miss and lately it's been a lot of shortcomings. I mean $5 for a breakfast sandwich and you barely get something remotely close to a chicken breast. It was incredibly thin and all I could taste was the biscuit. Thank gosh that was buttery and soft this time. I understand the scale may be different from the lunch sandwich but come on now. Let's get real. Times are hard enough, and now I have to go to work with an empty stomach. Not cool.

No issues with service. Standard each time .

I hate to say it McDonalds had a bigger and better chicken biscuit sandwich

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they forgot the sandwich. Coke is flat, fries cold. Avoid this location if possible.

We were in a hurry so we did a curbside pick up. It was so incredibly slow, we should have gone through the drive thru. This restaurant isn't as busy as most. I think I know why now. Don't choose curbside pick-up. My husband had to go inside to get it.

They do an excellent job making use of an awkward location. The drive thru has a specific entrance and there is also a lane for people trying to park. The inside also has a specific pick up area and after the remodel it is more spacious. I had frequented this location when they did trivia nights (unfortunately they haven't continued this after Covid). Recently I was able to try the watermelon mint lemonade and it was delicious!

This is just outrageous. What is this? So I get a meal for 10 bucks and this is what I get? If I didn't have work I would have turned around. Definitely going to get this rectified because this is a rip off. I go here several times a week enroute to work. So disappointed. Check your bags before you leave the window .

Chick-fil-a is overrated which doesn't mean it's bad, it just doesn't warrant the long lines that circle the building 2 times to Sunday (wait, not Sunday) to the point you can't even get into the parking lot if you want to dine in.

Once you manage to get inside, it's not too bad. I was able to get in, get my meal, and get out in a reasonable amount of time. I had to park in the Costco lot and walk unsafely into the parking lot to get there, but I can handle it.

Food was good and fresh which is typical and consistent for most of the locations I've visited. I'd return if it's not crazy! Maybe Chick-Fil-A needs as many locations as Burger King. That would cut down the crowds.

I'm done. Every single time I order food in this location, somehow they ALWAYS get it wrong.

One time, I ordered a chicken biscuit and two other breakfast meal, came to the drive thru window to pick up my food, came home, and when I opened the bag, they gave me JUST a freaking biscuit with no chicken. I came back and told them what happened, the manager apologized and gave me four vouchers.

Another recent one was, I ordered the chick-fil-a sandwich, chicken biscuit, 4ct chicken minis, and chicken hash brown scrambled bowl with bunch of Chick-fil-A sauces, honey roasted bbq sauces, and jalapeño sauce. Came to the drive thru window, looks like everything were in there, so i got home, opened the bag, and the Chick-fil-A sandwich was not in the bag. Came back to this location, and guess what, I received another two vouchers.

It's not about the vouchers, or the freaking refund, it's about the accuracy and not wasting my freaking time going back and losing my appetite- it's frustrating.

This is just two out of many many orders I received wrong. So terrible

Terrible location. Dirty, full of flies. No ice cream. Floor hasn't been swept and the tables and benches are all sticky. Employees hang out in the bathroom and use up the stalls. Would drive out of my way just to NOT ever go to this location again.

Service great, food is fantastic. The place was very clean and tidy. The food was served very quickly.
