Chick-fil-A

Came in tonight to dine in. Walked in around 530ish and it was a full house. I'm sure that is because the food is delicious here.
The line to dine in moved fast and the service was quick to help out everyone waiting. We found a table fast as people there had finished up. So it seemed like the 2nd round of dinner rush was happening. The vibe of the place was good not loud with all the people there. Over all was a good dine in meal for us.
Catch you guys next time.

TLDR: there's a McDonald's, Canes, and In-N-Out across the street. Don't go to the Chick-fil-A, go somewhere else.

Confirming this is the harbor dr Chick-fil-A -- phone number on receipt and Yelp are the same.

The WORST service... and even worse Chick-fil-A service...

In the drive through I ordered my usual-- number one meal with a frosted coffee.

A $16 total seemed high, but i stopped by on my drive down the freeway, thought to myself, maybe it's the city taxes.

The three guys at the drive thru seemed inexperience, like they didn't know what they were doing. Only one of the three had a card reader; and the card reader didn't work.

The staff's stand, they they have outside was facing the cars, so we could see all the messy equipment, snacks and drinks, and weird foam stuff behind the scenes.

At the window, the lady was so rude. Looks like her name is Maria (see receipt)

Also... I never asked for a bottle of ranch. Yet it was on my receipt and in my bag. I don't even like their ranch.

Overall, this was the worse Chick-fil-A experience. Not to mention the fries tasted like they were straight from the ocean: salty as frick and grossly soft.

Chick-fil-A do better. Avoid this Chick-fil-A at all costs. There's a canes and a McDonald's AND In-N-Out all near the Chick-fil-A, so go there and not here. You have 3 other options. I repeat: DO NOT GO HERE.

I keep going back because I love me some chick fila chicken sandwiches!!! But this is the 3rd time with pathetic fries not even filled. This is what you get when you pick up . Wish I checked before I left. Next time getting fries from McDonald's next door.

I came here yesterday to get food for my family after a long trip. Big mistake the order took 20 min and when I received it and finally brought it home it was wrong. This location just seems mismanaged and not the standard of all the chick fil A's I have been too.

Tip - check your bag before you drive off.
This location gets really busy...to the point where I usually have missing items/condiments, like sauces or the salad toppings. Nothing too upsetting, but sometimes it's a bummer.

I recommend the Cobb salad but find the boiled egg is not good

Try them all. I love their salads. I've ordered all of them and they are very good and fresh. The chicken pieces I ordered for my grandbaby and she devoured those lol! Great service as always!! Then every now and then I get a strawberry milkshake. I love it how they put more ice cream vs the creamy foam some places serve uggh. I won't mention it here lol!!

the nicest chick fil a i've ever been too! cutest flowers on tables and they had the most impressive condiment bar i have ever seen. extremely clean inside and very very quick service. such a pleasant experience with all the workers!

I will be rating my true and diplomatic experience in a very simple outline that I deem necessary from any restaurant I go to :)

I basically live at chic fila lol. Absolutely the best fast food joint in my opinion. It is a better health alternative than all the other fast foods, they even have a rewards program which is very neat, and very very affordable.

Comparing to many other fast food joints, chic fil-a is the superior force of quality-quantity-affordability ratio. 8-12$ a person for a healthy meal!

You know, I miss the days when the employees all greet you with sunshine and forced the "my pleasure" into my life. The past months I have not heard any quaint gesture :( but still great service!

Always CLEAN!!!

Picked up dinner after going to Winterfest and food was good.

Cool Wrap was big, and fresh too. Definitely getting again.

Southwest Salad serving was also big, and chicken nuggets on that were well cooked as well.

Only downside was the Fat Free Honey Mustard dressing. It's usually really nice, but this one was just too sweet. We ended up leaving that dressing and using Chick-fil-A sauce and the Avocado Ranch instead.

Review that is honest. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAG AND ORDER. They have given me wrong meals multiple times. 9 nuggets instead of 12. When they use the drive through and not workers. I was given a wrong meal completely. Told I was going to be refunded, never was refunded. Tonight they messed up our order once again. At a certain point it's my fault for coming here time and time again. My chickflia local to me is temporarily closed, and this one is a joke. Worst one I've been too. Will still likely come back cause we like it, but check your bag and what you ordered before leaving. Don't let their sloppy fasted paced unorganized drive through intimidate you to check you order. Hell, check the amount of nuggets you get. That's how bad this spot is . There has been tooooo many times for it to be a simple mistake. Management obviously sucks at running a team of workers to do simple tasks.
