I believe David was sent out to help me. He was extremely rude and threatening from the start, especially when it came to pricing. "I could open the car door for $50 but I don't like your attitude", he said, initiating an argument. I did not even feel safe walking away from my car until he left, and he made more threatening remarks for a few minutes before finally deciding it was time to leave. David even attempted to call me multiple times after he left. After displaying my disapproval to the manager, I was able to get back the money David demanded out of me, which was the only slightly positive experience. I pray not all the employees are like this, but David needs to be fired pronto.

I had an appt with Honda dealership for $250. Lucky Locksmith promised me they could do it for $160, even when I told them the dealership and hardware store quoted me $250. Their tech shows up and tells me my key fob will cost $250 plus credit card fee (I was never told there was a cc fee when I asked if they took cc on phone). Then the tech couldn't even make the fob and still asked me for $30 for a service call

Horrible company! Unable to complete simplest task! I've never understood how a technician can break something and not fix a current problem at the same time. I feel like its vandalism and thief at the same time. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this POS company!
