Honestly Capital data Recovery Inc. provided the best customer service I have received in the computer industry. I first went somewhere else where they made me feel small and talked down to me, were not able to recover my data and charged me. This place did not make me feel like this at all, they made me feel comfortable, which allowed me to ask questions without being uncomfortable so I understood the process and issues. A hard drive containing all of our family photos crashed; we initially took it to a computer repair shop and were told the photos were gone and there was nothing we could do. We then went to Capital Data Recovery where we were immediately put at ease. They were extremely knowledgeable, flexible and recovered all of our photos!
