Canada Post

Image, you're working at Canada Post, some frazzled woman in yoga pants comes up without saying a word, and starts pushing her laptop up to boxes on the wall, trying to figure out which one fits best. Then pulls out a (reusable) bag full of (non-reusable) plastic bags and starts shoving them into the box to pad the laptop. Still, without saying a word.

Yes, that frazzled lady is me... and the gentleman at the counter was very nice, helping me to ship my broken laptop to Burnaby, B.C. Including, telling me which box will fit my laptop best and giving me the long and short of shipping and insurance prices.

I like that this Canada Post is open longer than most are, it seems. And they're open Sundays. So I can usually find a time to mail my packages - more so than if I had to depend on other locations. They're hidden in the corner of 7-11, which is ok. And perhaps have a little less in terms of supplies than other stores, but they're also insanely nice (see story above).
