Amazing restaurant with an astonishing view. I was looking for a restaurant to have an anniversary dinner with my wife and C level came up. I tried it out and was very delighted with my decision, my wife and I loved their food and drinks and the view of the harbor and downtown San Diego was breathtaking. Prices are very fair for a restaurant with a bay view. Customer service was very good and food came out very quick. Thank you for having us.

Everyone was cordial and friendly from the moment we entered until our great waitress at the end, and everyone in between. It was so crowded I thought we were going to have to wait an hour or so. Nope. We had it within 15 minutes or less. I'd recommend it to all my friends and relatives...

The ambiance couldn't have been any better. We were looking across the water at the beautiful San Diego city lights. To top that off, we were watching the moon come up behind the lights and into the sky--just awesome!!!

Delicious food and not to mention, the beautiful view! We love celebrating our anniversary here.

Fantastic location fantastic view located in harbor Island close to the airport close to Little Italy, had a excellent Caesar salad here, The service is extra kind, these people have been trained well. It's a very enjoyable experience My friend got the fish and chips She loved it. I could eat at this restaurant 7 days a week It's just wonderful, And I really really look forward to going back

I loved this restaurant!!! It has an amazing ocean view which it would be worth visiting for just that.
The service was amazing.
I really loved the Brie appetizer and my lobster melt. The portion was huge.
I also shared the Filet Mignon which was also really good just a little overdone.
We really enjoyed everything we ordered.
It's a great place to bring out of town visitors

Great service and good food!

I went here last weekend for my birthday with friends, and it was a splendid time. We booked a reservation online, however was running a bit late. We called the number and they rebooked us, no problem!

C-Level has a big parking lot shared with Island Prime and Coasterra. It shares the same area with Island Prime. Upon arrival, the hostess checked us in, and we got seated immediately even though it was a weekend.

The waiter was very attentive and made sure my birthday was special! The seafood pasta was to doe for! It was creamy and had scallops and clams. The French Dip sandwich was delicious and was paired with crispy french fries. The Lobster Mac N Cheese was a fair portion - this is very popular!! I've gotten it on multiple occasions before.

At the end, the waiter gave me a cake to celebrate the occasion. The views were also amazing, though it is a bit dark inside.

I was in town for a wedding and looking for good eats with a nice view. I'd be damned if this place wasn't everything I was looking for. We made reservations and were seated right away, a few people waiting in the front lobby. There's plenty of parking in the lot shared with maybe 2 other business. If you have the time, I strongly suggest that you enjoy a walk along the water after.

Now for the food.. we started with an order of shrimp aguachile which was pretty good. The fried artichokes however were life changing. I've never had any prepared that way and I think everywhere should take notes from this place. We also got a half dozen of mixed oysters which were fresh and pretty standard in a positive way. I ordered the seafood pasta, wife got steak tip salad and my mom got fish tacos. Literally everything sold here is delicious and portions that you wouldn't believe. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the check. I felt like they forgot something but it was all there. Outstanding prices and even better food.

Our waitress was second to none. Very attentive and she told us how much she enjoys her job and making people happy. I was sure to keep those positive vibes going in the tip. One of the best dining experiences I've had while going in with no set expectations

I will start off by saying this place deserves 10 star rating!
Excellent service! Beautiful scenery right next to the beach. The food was so fresh and tasty!
My favorite were the tacos as well as the oysters and the lobster Mac and cheese!
Drinks were well crafted. We will definitely be making our way back when in town !

We went there for our pre- wedding dinner and I think we made a great choice! Food, service and view were amazing! And right before we left, we met a couple who was celebrating 60s anniversary together! It was so sweet and exciting!

Beautiful views, hearty portions, and lovely wait staff.

Came here for dinner, parking was easy in the lot. The restaurant seated us promptly even though we were early for the reservation. We got to sit in the lovely outdoor patio area. It was so lovely with the sea breeze but they also had heating lamps to make sure you don't get too cold.

We ordered the crab tuna avocado starter with taro chips, was very refreshing tasted like poke on a chip. Then for the mains we shared the seafood pasta and steak salad. We were taken aback by how huge the salad was, like a mountain of green! The steak was flavor fully and very juicy. The seafood pasta had all sorts of seafood in it and the sauce was so creamy.

Left the restaurant feeling completely stuffed & satisfied.
